Sugoi mart is amazing, here's why
I've purchased two Sakura lucky bags and one from the pop up shop, and each experience was amazing. I was worried the pop up shop might have less diverse selection since it's located in America, but it has just as many unique household items, candy, and collectibles as the online store. Amazing selection of snacks unlike anything you'll find in your local Japanese market, or even one in a big city. The bags have thought and care put into them, and it's very noticable. Excellent choice of products. My one negative isn't even a negative, it's that I received some doubles when I purchased two Sakura mart lucky bags close together. Which makes sense since it's a limited season and it was close in time together so there was less changed stock. I still got plenty of amazing uniques items amd the doubles were only minor things like snacks that I'd want two of anyway 😂

Quality Goods, but Expensive Price Tag
Though it has been a while since I have purchased another subscription box or items from the site, I remember the 1st boxes being great quality for the price, but as time went on the quality began to lack in the product sent in each box (specifically the Doki Doki crate). Though I was getting some plushes, jousehold items, and stationary, It came to the point where I was getting lots of erasers, note pads, and pens that I could buy for myself at Daiso for a much cheaper price. Sugoi Mart itself can have a pretty hefty price tag when it comes to many of the items listed, however in a limited market of quality and authentic japanese goods, You will likely have to be willing to pay a higher pricetag for imported goods. If in the perspective of the crates themselves, I would highly recommend buying one box and seeing the quality for yourself before considering a full time subscription.

Hi Haille! Thank you for sharing your thoughts. We understand that our prices may be higher than some other retailers, but we want to assure you that we take pride in providing our customers with high-quality and authentic Japanese products. We believe that the quality of our products is worth the price.
However, Sugoi Mart is a standalone store and our products are not part of the Doki Crate subscription service from Japan Crate.
Thank you for considering Sugoi Mart for your Japanese goods. We hope that you will give us a chance to impress you with the quality of our products and service. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to serving you in the future.

Sugoi Mart is one of a kind…they’re in their own league!
Sugoi Mart is one of the most diverse and quality oriented sites out there! I love the variety and exclusive merchandise you can get! It’s impossible to choose just one item! On top of that, their customer service is impeccable! AND their social media presence is out of this world! I really can’t say anything negative and I don’t think there’s much they can improve on because they’re already in their own league!

Great Store Overall
I love Sugoi Mart. You're able to get exactly what you want from Japan from snacks to home items to anime merchandise. Sugio Mart has it all! My only complaint is you have to either wait until they do a free shipping event or save up and buy over $200 of stuff to get free shipping otherwise it is not worth it as the shipping is often the same if not more expensive than the products themselves. Oh one other thing, they need to fix the wishlist. Everytime I put items on there, they stay for a few days then the entire wishlist is wiped, very annoying. Otherwise, I love the shop and the products they offer!
