I paid 34.99$ for a sim card to be picked up at the Varadero airport upon arrival. They even asked for the arrival date to have the card ready then. When I came to the airport the Cubacel stand was there deserted with nobody in attendance and no information where to go next. I had to leave the airport without the SIM card. The next day I tried an ETECSA office in Havana to retrieve the SIM card. They had a computer problem and couldn't do it so I spent my whole trip without the SIM card. I did not get to write their customer support until after my trip but was happily surprised by their prompt response and refund.

Desepcionante me sacan el $ de una recarga de 21.99 el 23 de del 2024, estamos en Marzo y ni recarga ni rembolso al banco, estafadores . El servicio al cliente el agente Luis pésima atención y todo es por chat no te hablam

I ordered gb for a Cuban friend many times and all went smooth. Also bought a tourist sim and that went well too. When i arrived at the airport in Havana, the sim was there at the Cubacell desk.

Tengo muy mala experiencia con esta promoción de una línea por 7.49 ya que yo la compré el primer día de la promoción y ya se va a terminar y mis familiares en cuba no la han podido tener allá dicen que es culpa del exterior y acá que es de etecsa el problema es que mi promoción nada y eso se llama estafa en cualquier lugar del mundo

I had no problems using a Cuba SIM for my two weeks holiday.

La recogida en el aeropuerto es imposible, la cola te hacía perder más de una hora y hacer esperar al transfer del hotel. Nos tocó buscar una tienda en La Habana y en la primera que fuimos no había tarjetas y en la segunda esperar cola en la calle. el proceso debería ser más ágil. La cobertura y la velocidad en La Habana, bastante bien con 4G.

El servicio de SuenaCuba en lo que a mí respecta es importantísimo porque mantiene a todos al tanto de las ofertas de recarga que ofrece Etecsa, lo que permite en la medida de las pisibilidades de cada cual accionar a tiempo para no perderse ninguna de las oportunidades que se nos brindan.

They sell Cubacel tourist SIM cards to use in Cuba. Price is $35. They say you can pick up the SIM card upon arrival at the airport or in ETECSA store in the city (Cuban Telco).

So I came to Havana. I arrived late at night, and the airport point was already closed, and I couldn't pick up the SIM at the airport. Okay, let's pick it up in the Havana city, I thought.

The problem is, when I came to the city and asked at the central ETECSA store near the Capitolio to pick up the SIM, they didn't have my email. Nor did they know about suenacuba.

The funniest thing was, that I bought a Cubacel tourist SIM with 3.5Gb data pack at the same ETECSA store FOR $8 (1150 CUP)!

I asked the website for refund, but of course they didn't reply.

If you want a Cubacel SIM, go to an ETECSA store upon arrival to Cuba. It will save you tens of dollars.

Very happy to leave a positive review for SuenaCube! Whilst travelling to Cuba, I pre-ordered a SIM, but then following the theft of my passport I was unable to visit. SuenaCube was happy (and very prompt) in issuing a full refund, which I thought was very decent of them. I'll certainly use their services again when my holiday in Cuba finally happens!

Decepcionante servicio. Me mandaron un email diciendo bque podía acceder a una promoción de 30dias de GB ilimitados pagando 20€ (Ademas del plan que ya había contratado), hice el pago para la contratación y nunca se me activo el bono.
He intentado varias veces contactar con atención al cliente y no he obtenido respuesta alguna

Compre 2 tarjetas SIM turista Vacaciones para mi y para mi pareja y al de 2 horas dejaron de funcionar. Al instalarlas, te llega un SMS a través del cual marcando unos dígitos (*222*887#) puedes comprobar los gigas y minutos que te quedan. No habíamos consumido apenas internet y sin embargo no funcionaba la red móvil. Nos encontramos durante el viaje con varias personas que tras haberse agotado las tarjetas, les habían alquilado líneas móviles activas por lo que nos han quitado la linea adquirida para dársela a otra persona.
