I'm very pleased with this product. I ordered a gin bottle descender with personalised message as a gift. The quality is superb.
Unfortunately I had to pay high additional tax charges for Ireland delivery, but still it was worth it. Definitely recommend it.

I wanted a slight change to the design. I phoned the company and nothing was to much trouble. It arrived within 48 hours.

I opened the package and peeked at the plaque and under the foam to make sure it's in tact and am thus far pleasantly surprised by the quality and the box presentation is beautiful!! It is even nicer than the pictures shown during purchase. The shipping overseas was done just right, perfectly packed with bubble wrap.

The gift arrived in good time, however I have emailed to ask what delivery times are currently like but received no response.

Order was placed on Friday and with us by Wednesday bearing in mind there was a bank holiday.
