Fast and Efficient ... perfect in every way
Purchased as a gift so no comment on the whiskey. The ordering process was smooth, efficient and very easy to process. The delivery was quicker than stated and was extremely well wrapped and protected. You couldn't have had a better service!

Decanter bought as a gift for family member. Great, fun item. Delivery was by DPD which didn't go so well. In fairness the item was delivered to a different property with sort of similar name and overlapping post codes. StylishWhiskey were understanding of the issue and were prepared to send a replacement while arguing the point with DPD on my behalf. Thankfully the intended recipient was able to retrieve the item from the wrong address (sort of guessed at by what was in the background from the DPD delivery photo) before the replacement was dispatched but the effort from StylishWhiskey was much appreciated.

After buying the glass submarine decanter, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the whisky. So much so, I am now on my 5th refill bottle. I would highly recommend the decanters and especially the whisky.

Stylish Whiskey are certainly a company that excel in customer service. My order was dispatched within two days however DPD managed to deliver to the wrong address compounded by a photo making it impossible to find easily.
The staff at Stylish Whiskey were eager to assist and attentive to the issue caused. Throughout I was kept informed of the recovery process by their actual manager which is very rare.
Luckily after four days the package was found rammed between two bins at another address. The packaging was so good it protected the entire content from some terrible weather.
The decanter and the presentation box certainly give it a high end look which will no doubt look good even when empty.
I am extremely impressed with the customer service I received and the staff were committed to ensuring a positive experience.
I would thoroughly recommend this company and will certainly order from them again.

Still awaiting delivery of my Order.
There was no up front advice as to Import Duties etc. to Australia.
UPS at my end have been very slow to advise exactly what Information was required.
