Omg I wish i would have read these reviews! 40 pound for a jumpsuit thats made from kids fancy dress costumes! DO NOT ORDER. I have also emailed loads of times as i wanna return and refund and they arent replying!!! I will not be leaving this here until I get all my money back! This company is a conn!!!

Omg, this jumpsuit looks nothing like the one on the model. Firstly it’s huge and the material is the cheapest ever. It’s totally unwearable!!!! Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews before ordering?!?!🤬

Do not order from this website! You will not get what is advertised. I ordered a jumpsuit. What I got was a polyester joke of a garment. Looks like a bad replica of what was advertised.

Wish I had read all these reviews before ordering a jumpsuit, the reviews on Facebook were all good, well done face book for advertising poor quality garments. Waited ages and far from worth the money, no refund possible. Not happy

Desaster!
The ordered dress has never arrived, I had to fight for weeks to get finally reimbursed and for whatever reasons, I got only 50% refund!
Absolutely unserious....

Item I ordered looked perfect for me - in reality it took 6 weeks, came from China with no returns information. Way too small and terrible quality for the price.

What a joke!

I'm now going through the painful process of refunds, which having read this, I doubt I will get. I'm going to pursue it through paypal and my credit card company.

This was a suggested link through my facebook account, along with all the genuine companies.

I would 'let them know about my review' as suggested here, but my feeling is they won't give a monkeys. Too busy out enjoying their ill gotten gains.

Hands down the most disgusting company to order from - poor quality and IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone to accommodate a refund. They promptly issue an auto reply that someone is working on it and that is the last you hear from them - you can repeat the process everyday to no avail. Now reading the reviews I see this is a total scam - the RAG of a dress I received is not worth my time pursuing anymore but just wish there were a way to SHUT THIS OPERATION DOWN!

WHY DIDN’T I READ THE REVIEWS 😩

Awful company, took 9 weeks to deliver a top which looks nothing like that I ordered and paid £34 for! Flimsy rubbish from China, they don’t even try and pretty it up with packaging, straight up grey cellophane bag eBay style 😂. Will never order again. Buyers beware

My experience with this "shop" has been very disappointing. The website looks like it is an English site and shipping comes from the USA. This is not the case as the garments come from China and are a very poor quality. The website does not state their registered address so when I challenged them they agreed to send me a full refund. Since the refund has not been sent I have emailed them and have advised them that I expect the refund within 24 hours. I also copied in the E-Commerce dept in china and also the National Peoples Congress who regulate the consumer Protection Regulations for overseas sales.

Do NOT deal with this company. They are swindlers. Items are not as they appear in photos, and refunds are near impossible. The dress I ordered was of VERY poor quality, did not fit true to size and a slit in the BACK of the skirt made it impossible to wear without exposing my rear. On their website, they give a Portland, Oregon address for returns, but they refused to let me send my item there, insisting instead that I send it back to China at my own expense. Their scam is to get you to buy, and to then offer you half your money back to keep the item, while making it too expensive to send the item back for a full refund. They also refused to let me cancel my order on the very same day I ordered.

I wish I read this before!
It's been 5 weeks and I never got my items!! I have written 13 mails to these people to process a refund and nobody answers. Isn't there a place where we can go with the issue and actually sue them??? Anybody knows????

Horrible scam company
Don't shop. I purchased gray white top.
Item arrived passed 1 month with poor quality nothing look alike picture.
They advertised 100 percent customer satisfaction if you are not happy with the item, will give full refund. They ask you to return at your cost and credit half later when the item is arrived at them. Not even worth returning, the item is not worth penny.
Scam. They just don't provide full refund at all for false sold item. You will live money if you buy anything from them

1 star is too much! This company is a complete joke and fraud. The item took an eternity to arrive and what I have received is nothing at all like the picture. The quality is disgusting, they should be ashamed of themselves. The worst quality clothing I have purchased. I feel embarrassed to have parted with my money and still haven’t been given a refund yet! Avoid this company at all costs if you don’t want the added hassle of returning an item.

What an absolute disgrace. I ordered a dress 8 weeks ago. It arrived today. My 12 year old granddaughter could of made a better dress. Absolutely shocking. The material is cheap crap, the stitching is awful never seen anything as bad in my life. Do not order anything from them.

Do not order from this company. It’s a joke. I ordered what I thought was going to be a grey sweater with s white laced colar. What I got wasn’t even close. Also poor quality. Looks like a cheap T-shirt and I paid 39.95. Also tool 6 weeks for delivery. Don’t do it!

I wish I saw the other reviews before placing my order. The coat I purchased is hardly a sweatshirt. The lining is disintegrating and shredding and I wore the coat for 5 minutes. The quality is awful. It looks so cheap and poorly made. Do not order from this company.

I ordered an item. It did not fit as expected and was a poorer quality than expected. Response to emails was quick but the warehouse is in China which is not indicated on the website. They just state that you are responsible for shipping return costs. The cost for returning item was $23, I paid $40.

Ordered a dress from here, it never came and they hardly reply to emails —Asked for a refund but they say tracking showed as delivered, I never got it. They stopped replying to my emails to organize a refund
