Received an item that didn't fit and was asked to send pictures of the problem...which I did. Not sure why I need to send pictures of an improperly fitting shirt, but I complied, only to be advised that they are not responsible for returns due to incorrect ordering or customer not liking the way something fits. This is unacceptable. Who is to say what will fit right or not. This shirt was cut horribly, not a "dislike" issue on my end....but I am out of my purchase price. DO NOT USE this company!!! Such a scam!!! One star is too many!!

RUBBISH still waiting i ordered a gold bracelet on 1/8/19 still waiting nothing received, I have askd three times for a tracing info to track no response to any emails. stupidly i used a bank card not a credit card so £30 wasted i feel. dont use them !!!!!

Scam! Got my products, but poor quality, no return options, no money back.... 😡😡 Never shop there!!!!

Like everyone else I was ripped off. I called my credit card company and got my money back.

My experience when trying to return an item... first they offered 50% of the cost... ridiculous but I guess I should have taken it.
I requested to return the item & I received the RMA# with out a hitch... To this date it is still under process pending approval.
It was ordered on July 12, received early August, & it is now August 29th... the 30 day return policy will be up on the 2nd of Sept... How is a person supposed to return something if not given the address to return it too. Quality of the item is poorly made & does not even fit. It will be going in the trash or be used as a rag... Never will I order again.

I put one star so i can be able to go ahead with my review. But this shop is not worthy any star. I wish i had come here to see reviews. I was satisfied with the Facebook reviews, had i known? My hard earned money! They steal from me? Am just a poor student in Africa. I ordered the Lena dress to wear on my graduation. These guys are so mean! So evil!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.. I got the lena dress.. cost me €58 and it's cheap and tacky polyester. I contacted them and they offered me half the cost of the item back to avoid the hassle of returning it. They have not refunded me at all and for some reaon I cannot access their facebook page. I cannot actually believe I was scammed. I'm normally a savvy shopper. If you are thinking of buying from this site do yourself a favour and don't.

Definitely, don't buy from this company they are fraudsters.
If you have to send something back they don't pay that cost no matter what and as they are based in China that can be really expensive. I won't be using them again for sure.

How can we all be victims to this kind of fraud?!?!?! How can FaceBook or anyone else not help us to get what is rightfully ours, be it the items as advertised or our money back. Surely there must be a way to stop this kind of Theft/Fraud?!?!?

Would give it a zero if I could !!! The reviews on Facebook were good.. assume now that they were fake !!!
Ordered 2 cotton jumpsuits which cost about 70 quid. They arrived weeks later from I assume China...cheap polyester !!! Costs too much to return for a refund!!! Disgusted

They took my money and disappeared. I received one of the two items I ordered. The top came and the material was less desirable than something I could buy from the dollar store and it looked like a 5 year old had sown it together. My dress never did show up. I have sent over 20 emails with the recorded response generally always the same..
This company is a complete scam. They take people's money and run. NEVER buy anything from them or you will be throwing your money to the wind

I ordered a dress from this company. The material is not even nylon. If you pull on it hard enough it will tear. The stitch quality and workmanship is less than desirable as it shows thru the cheap material. This item is over priced. I would not pay more than 5.00 at a dollar store for it. Very disappointing. The reviews they show on the website are false and or written be someone with very poor taste and quality. I would tell everyone I know how bad the quality is and what a scam of this so called company.

Dolly jumpsuit. Nightmare! Not as shown. Awful, thick, polyester trash from China. It took 6 weeks to arrive. I wish it had never shown up!! That’s how ugly it is! I never would have ordered this had I know that it was coming directly from China or would take 6 weeks OR would look like my 11 year old son had sewn it himself. I don’t even want to donate it to Goodwill. It’s that bad.

oh my god I wish I had read these reviews. My order hasn't even turned up after 3 months and all I get from customer services is 'check your local post office'. I thought I was a savvy buyer, this was an impulse click on a FB ad. I fully regret it.

Ordered a lego set, they sent me sunglasses and charged my credit card more than the invoice amount. They do not answer their customer service e-mail. This company is a scam.

They kept sending me delivery notice and never received the 2 dresses and then finally 6 weeks later I got 1 dress and order says complete but yet I never got my 2nd dress. There is no where to contact them as they never answer and the emails get returned as not able to deliver. I will never order again and hope this saves others a headache and disappointment.

Here I am, just like a lot of the other reviewers. I didn’t check out the reviews first. SMH!!! I consider myself a pretty smart person, but I saw that “Aria” dress and like the people that this company is hoping for, I fell for it! I’m worried about what I will (or WON’T) receive. I placed my order on July 4th, 2019. So we’ll see. This company must make a fortune on this! What a shame. I guess I will have learned a $40.00 lesson! And agree with other reviewers about how Facebook could allow this company, and others like it, to stick their advertisements into people’s feeds. Wonder if they get a commission?
I also wanted to add that I did an image search and found the dress on multiple sites. LOL I wonder if any are the real retailer???

I must update my review to a 2 star, as I received my item. It was, as other people have written, extremely poorly constructed. The material is odd and it does not fit correctly. As I said before, lesson learned!

Appalling service although my items did arrive albeit after many weeks ,one of the items I need to return , numerous emails have been sent but not one reply so it looks like I’m left with a dress that is too big for me !! (Quality was not as expected either !!!
They advertise easy returns well this is just not the case !!! Companies should not be allowed to get away with this
