No goods received - it’s been 4 months. So disappointed not to receive any reply to my emails and no apology or refund. Very poor - do not consider ordering from this company.

Should be no star, waiting 5 weeks for my order so far..... I should have checked reviews before ordering! This site makes it convenient and easy to place an order, but after that, you can't track your package! We will see if what I ordered even arrives. Instagram and Facebook should remove this website.

I made the same mistake of purchasing items from this place. With no emails from the sender, no receipts, not even a tracking number. I called my bank and they advised me to wait at least 4 weeks just to be fair to the sender, just in case If I received my items in the mail. 4 weeks later I still have not received my items so thankfully I called my bank back and they have fully refunded me.

These people will steal your money. We paid £80 for an item but got no receipt and no acknowledgement of the transaction and no reply to our emails. The site looks good but don't be misled, they are thieves.

I ordered Jack and Sally ( The Nightmare before Christmas) figurines from this company and what I recieved instead were cheesy cheap stuffed dolls. I have never been so furious or so disgusted in my life!! Wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. Filing a formal complaint against this vendor.

Everything you read here is true. This is a total scam.

Avoid at all costs! Even PayPal are in on this scam and are refusing my refund even though I was sent absolute rubbish which was significantly different to what was advertised. Don’t be fooled in to thinking PayPal will offer you protection from these scam artists.

I never got what I ordered and what they did send me was used! And never herd back from them stuck with some old used earphones!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! The dress I got was supposed to be a small. It was about 4 sizes too big. I could've cut it in half it was so enormous. It's been 4 months since I requested a refund and they aren't willing to help at all. Huge waste of money and I cant do anything with the dress.

Please, please, please do not buy from this shop. I ordered a ‘limited edition’ display figure (which cost me $26). Took ages to arrive and when it did, it looked NOTHING like what was advertised. It was a cheap plush figure - not even a display item - and the design was completely different to advertised.

I emailed the company but they are ignoring me.

AVOID!!! Material was something you would get if you bought a packaged halloween costume. Horrible. Came from China. I will never buy from another online store unless it is local and well known!! BUYER BEWARE!! Wasted $58 bucks!!

I tem ordered in July still not received now when returning an email to them it comes back undeluvered.
Taking up with PayPal. Wish I had read reviews before I had ordered . Lesson learnt the hard way.

PLEASE do not buy from this company. I ordered a black dolly playsuit which took 4 weeks to arrive and cost me $80 AUD plus postage. It’s arrived and the material is absolutely disgusting and cheaply made. I’ve read the refund policy and in small writing it says no refund for sale items. This company should be ashamed of themselves. They need to be shut down. I wish I’d read the reviews before I purchased. DO NO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

If I could give NO stars I would. I ordered via Facebook some airpods and eesh I do not recommend at all.

I finally received the airpods and I've got to say that I'm really disappointed.

No instruction manuals.
No chargers.
Bad hearing quality.
Feels very cheap.

How am I supposed to charge the airpods? How am I supposed to connect it to my phone? I had to press all the buttons randomly to have it connected to my phone. I am NOT impressed. And I definately do not recommend.

Awful quality company needs to be stopped!!!
Once you send your items back (tracked) and know they have been received don’t keep waiting for your refund as they won’t respond.

Contact your bank or PayPal to try and get a refund, keep your receipts!!!
