Abysmal customer service.
A product arrives half empty and you’re expected to go to a store to validate. That’s not how it works.
Don’t buy from Stylerunner
I ordered two items online. I proceeded to follow their returns instructions. The returns took me straight to a portal whereby I was forced to pay $10 for a returns label to send the items back.
I went into Westfield and there was Stylerunner right infront of me. I went on chat and asked if I could return the items at the store and the guy said yes. I then asked for my $10 back as I wasn’t going to use the returns portal. This was denied.
Had I been informed that I could return straight to a store I wouldn’t have gone through the returns portal.
I have ordered from Stylerunner many times throughout the years (clearly never returned anything) but I won’t be ordering from them again. It’s terrible customer service and no wonder Stylerunner has such bad reviews.
Sort out your returns process because it’s ridiculous. As I explained to you, I am extremely sick but you had me running around like a headless chook trying to return these two items.
And then you offer me a 20% discount code on my next order. Nah nah, I don’t think so. Just pay me back the $10 I didn’t end up using returning the goods back. Bloody ridiculous!

Terrible service
I have purchased 3 items on the 20th January 2021. I paid with a voucher and remaining amount with my credit card. Two weeks later, I have checked the status of my parcel with the care team. They responded that transaction was declined, there was no payment. However, my bank account stated differently - the transaction was made when it was, I was also given order confirmation code.
Then when I have communicated that to them, they refunded the money to the account, but not the voucher - the voucher was invalid. One of the main items that I wanted to buy was already sold out, made me super angry as they made mistakes and then bluntly lied without acknowledging that their systems are faulty, they made a mistake by not dispatching my ordered items. Super rubbish experience, definitely not recommend dealing with them - would just waste your time, chase your refund multiple times and lose nerves.
