I have been a loyal supporter and customer of P.E Nation for a long time, even having had the pleasure of working with Pip in the past. Historically, the brand's story and commitment to customer experience were what set them apart, but my recent experience suggests a significant and disappointing shift in their priorities.

I purchased a pair of pants in March that began falling apart at the seams after less than four wears. When I reached out to resolve this, the "support" I received was incredibly rigid. Before even explaining my options or discussing the inconvenience, the agent had already processed a return.

When I pointed out that my size was out of stock—making a replacement impossible—I was told my only options were a repair or a partial refund of $40 to fix them myself. For a faulty garment at this price point, the "in-house needleworker" solution feels like a band-aid for poor manufacturing.

The process is clearly different than it used to be. The focus has shifted from genuine customer care to a bureaucratic "fault assessment" process that puts all the inconvenience on the buyer. It’s a shame to see a brand I once highly respected lose its touch. I won’t be rushing back.

If you are considering placing an order from the USA, please be aware of significant issues with this company’s international shipping practices and customer service.
I placed my order on the 23rd and have yet to receive either my package or a refund. The delay was caused by the company’s failure to include a commercial invoice with the shipment—a fundamental requirement for international deliveries. I was left to identify and resolve this issue independently, with no proactive communication from the company.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful. This company does not appear committed to rectifying errors or ensuring customer satisfaction

Absolutely AWFUL service! I’ve bought from PE nation for years and for the first time had to complain. I ordered a shelter jacket and shorts. The website advises 2-4 days delivery so I waited until 5 days later and hadn’t received an update on shipping so emailed! 9 days later they eventually emailed me back to advise that the jacket is now out of stock and would I like a refund or still ship the shorts out. I checked their website and it’s still showing as plenty of stock left in xs and small and emailed them back again. Still not had a reply but had an email stating the shorts have been sent out!

PE Nation used to be cool. Now they suck.

Purchased the Paradiso pant. On the website they looked like trakkie daks in black w white sporty stripes. But when they arrived they were cheap polyester with no stretch, and the stripes were beige - I'm not splitting hairs - they were significantly different to the online images.

That's to be expected from time to time with fast fashion. But what made it so much worse is that their customer service made it almost impossible to return. Questioning me as though I was colourblind, and asking to inspect photographs before returning.

20 Days later...

Once they accepted the return, I was refunded the purchase price less postage, even though the fault was theirs. Ugh!

Where is the minus 1 star. Receiving the worst customer service. I bought items from the sale and they are huge, the sleeves are ridiculous and their quality has gone down. No care from customer service, wont even exchange for a smaller size but I want a refund. Actually very rude on the phone as well and on email. I will never buy from PE Nation again. I have bought so many items and never had a problem with the sizing.

Very poor quality and appaling customer service. I ordered online a few items and one arrived with holes. Other items were ok but quality is rather poor and sizing is off for a supposedly high end brand.

When I contacted PE Nation asking to exchange the faulty shorts, the customer service person refused to exchange and offered a store credit in NZ dollars instead. I live in Australia, so offering me a store credit in NZ dollars doesn't make any sense. I asked for a refund and returned the faulty shorts.

It has been almost 4 weeks now and still no refund from PE Nation. I did follow up and no response, no refund. Tracking shows that they received it 2 weeks ago. Still no refund!

Such a poor customer service and selling such poor quality products - I have never experienced anything like this before and I've been shopping online for over 15 years now. Hole in a new product!!! And then not providing a refund?! That is a brand that positions themselves as a high end! Shocking.

When I decided to return it within the 14-day window, as per UK consumer law, I expected a refund. However, P.E Nation is refusing to issue one, stating they will only provide store credit.

What’s worse, I assumed I’d be able to return it to a UK address, but instead, I have to ship it back to the US at my own expense. They won’t cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label. This is incredibly misleading to consumers, as nowhere was it made clear that returns would need to be sent internationally. There should be a law against this kind of practice, it’s unfair and deceptive.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping with them. Their returns policy is misleading, and their customer service is unhelpful when it comes to resolving the issue fairly.

I think that they need to be investigated as it could be an unfair contract term under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I feel that i should report P.E Nation to Trading Standards or the ombudsman.

At this stage, as per our returns policy, we are currently unable to offer any free return labels for orders outside Australia. We can appreciate that this may be of inconvenience for some customers, and we apologize for any disappointments caused.

Can I give no stars? No customer care at all. I cannot progress a return and cannot get a response from this business.

Recently had trouble with a brand new pair of tights being washed alone and following the wash instruction but the pink stripe has come out with multiple black stains along them. In the past I have also had trouble with the velvet logo washing away on a sweatshirt I’ve purchased from them. All in all beautiful designs but they don’t wash well and your response from their customer service team will be nothing of substance.

I bought the Westbrook sweatshirt and washed it for the FIRST time, inside out in cold water as per care instructions. The white colour stained other areas of the sweatshirt and I am unable to get this out. Upon mentioning this to customer service, they offered me a $50 credit on a $244 sweatshirt…. When asked if they could refund me or provide me an exchange, they denied this and said this is all they can do given they’ve never had this problem. I told them I was extremely unhappy and would not recommend this site to anyone. Further, I wrote a review online on their website warning other customers and my review is not visible…I’m not sure if they go through and hand pick what reviews to show/not to show or if it will become visible in the coming days however, there is nothing posted as of yet. Be extremely cautious when spending this amount of money through their website. I can justify this amount for quality and great customer support however, in my experience I have experienced neither.

I have emailed multiple times over the past week and get no response from PE Nation. I need to return an item and I cannot get hold of them. Such bad customer service

Don’t EVER purchase from PE Nation , they won’t get back to you and they will not refund you. The material is such bad quality and only looks good on there pictures, the designs are truly very ugly in person. I sent over $900 and they will not return my emails requesting a refund. They won’t answer calls and text messages either.

Bought a pair of pants - terrible fit, far too big, and poorly cut. I tried to get a refund as I did not want to use their store credit. They won't give me my money back.

Fast and super good quality! Ordered day before and it s already here!!

bought leggings in the sale, took my money then refunded it at a lower exchange rate so it cost me almost £4.00 for nothing and no explanation or communication at all - will never buy from them again

Sent an email saying their black Friday sale had started. I purchased 3 items. Then they sent an email offering a further 10% off, changing their black Friday offer. I emailed and asked if they would honour this, as I haven't even received my items yet.
They wrote me a very very rude reply and have now lost me as a customer!
Be warned! Don't expect service from these guys and don't trust them either.
