At first they sent the wrong metal of necklace, but they were extremely helpful, and made it right by gifting me the improper color necklace, and then sent out the right one.

The Fragment team were super helpful and responsive. Honestly 10/10 customer service.

I got a gold bracelet and ring from Fragment and the bracelet is so nice. The ring was missing from my package and they got back to me within a few hours after I contacted them about it. They were very nice and helpful and sent me a replacement ring for free after I sent them what they needed. They were even generous enough to offer me 10% off my next order.

Sept 8th: UPDATE! Fragment support reached out to me and was apologetic for the quality of the ring. They have reshipped 2 new rings to me free of charge and also offered me a discount on the purchase of any new jewelry from them. SUPER HAPPY with them, would update to recommend if those post allowed me.

SEPT 2nd: I bought 2 rings from Fragment this summer and both rings are already losing the gold plating and are showing the silver metal underneath.

Id look somewhere else for jewellery that actually lasts....

The rings are really well made; I've worn mine for over 6 months now and the gold plating didn't wear at all.

Les produits sont de bonnes qualitées et bien fini, la commande et livraison sont très rapide mais surtout le SAV est hyper efficace et très commercial.

The ring I got from this company is absolutely wonderful, however it took a while to get to me. I don't think any fault can be attributed to fragment. USPS held up the ring for about 3 weeks before they finally delivered it. It was a hassle, however, Fragment made it easy to deal with.

Alex in the customer service department is genuinely fantastic. He not only aided me in making sure my ring was delivered, but also made the process easy and pleasant.

All I would say is maybe use a different american delivery service from now on or maybe a different kind of packaging. For the quality of the ring, I'd pay a few more bucks for better shipping.

Thank you again Alex, someone give this person a raise ASAP.

Contacter par l'entreprise j'ai reçu ( gratuitement) un nouveau bracelet qui me semble bien différent de l'ancien au niveau des fixations ( défaut de l'autre ? Nouvel version?)

Joli bracelet mais les accroches on cassé des deux côtés au bout d'une semaine .

Je cherchais un bijoux unique qui correspondait au style de ma copine et je suis tomber sur la boutique de Fragments. La chevalière est de super bonne qualité et très jolie. Je me suis tromper de taille et fait un retour et le service client a été super réactif et adorable. Ils possèdent pleins de modèle différents tous plus jolies les un que les autres !

Très joli bracelet, mais malheureusement la qualité laisse à désirer. Dès le premier mois, la boucle ne tenait pas bien, sûrement un défaut. J’ai dû la renforcer avec une boucle d’oreille pour pouvoir continuer à le porter. Malgré cela, un maillon s’est cassé et j’ai fini par le perdre. Dommage, car le design était vraiment élégant. J’espère que c’est un cas isolé et non représentatif de la qualité globale de la gamme.

I unfortunately have to give Fragment Studios a bad review as they shipped my purchase to a wrong address and now have been ignoring my inquiries for more than a week. I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I find the lack of customer service unacceptable.
I first ordered the item to my old address due to an auto fill-in from my computer. I immediately wrote them to notify the issue and the right address and they replied that they had fixed it and that everything was good. A few days after, I received a notification from the postal service in the country of my old address that they would deliver it a week later. I forwarded this to Fragment Studios flagging the issue and they replied that they would deal with it. The following week I wrote to request an update with no reply. I wrote them another two times within a week asking for some kind of reaction and have heard nothing back from them for more than nine days. I should have had my purchase by now and don't because they sent it to the wrong address and now I cannot even get through to them. Everyone can make mistakes, but I do not appreciate being ghosted, at this point I don't even know if I will ever hear back from them or receive the product that I have paid and waited for. Everyone loses.

Les bijoux sont très beaux, mais quelques doutes sur la solidité. Après a peine 3 mois ou je l'ai pas toujours porte, la chaîne de mon collier s'est cassée en s'accrochant à un pull.

Fragment a heureusement été compréhensif sur le sujet en me proposant une réparation.

J’ai commandé deux bagues qui se sont avérées être trop grande pour moi. Le SAV a été très réactif et j’ai reçu l’échange pour la taille en dessous très vite. La finition et la qualité des produits est top!
