This obvious scam site tried to take money from my debit card - I'd never even heard of the Strong Marriage Now website, and definitely don't need their shoddy services.
The colossal stupidity of these people is quite clear, as they tried to take £0.00 out of my account.
The fact that they try to steal money from people shows exactly what despicable people they are.
Beware.

So until today I had never heard of STRONG MARRIAGE NOW. I received a text from my bank stating they had blocked a transaction in the amount of $0.00 from this company/business. I was in complete shock as I stated above that I had never heard of them much less authorized them to have my debit card number or even attempt to charge any amount of money. I will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning as today is Sunday. I don’t know how they obtained my card information but thank God I always keep my card locked. To: STRONG MARRIAGE NOW- PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW YOU OBTAINED MY DEBIT CARD INFORMATION AND ATTEMPTED TO FRAUDULENTLY CHARGE IT. This is frightening and I pray no one else is scammed.

The "no questions asked" "money back guarantee" seems to be a joke.
Do your research and if you decide to try this then know that you're not getting any money back if it fails you too.
I signed up for this on the monthly plan. After starting the program with my wife, and doing the exercises that go along with the program, we felt like this was not a good fit for us.
I went to the site to cancel the service and, to my surprise, there was no way to cancel. I emailed them and heard nothing. I called and left messages. I tried facebook messages. I finally had to contact my credit card company to have them stop future charges. Only after my card company contacted them, did they respond to me and cancel my membership.
When I asked for a refund because this program wasn't a good fit, they denied it stating I needed to "watch the videos, implement the system". Even though it does not state that all videos need to be watched of the complete system needs to be implemented.
From what I've seen on the better business bureau, they are not going to refund a number of people. Including the ones that have gone through the entire system. It may seem like Dr. Dana cares, but it didn't feel that way to me.

Be aware! There is no money back guarantee! I bought the ‘Strong Marriage Now’ program and then bought ‘What to do when Spouse Wants Out’ since my husband was checked out and would not speak to me. I did pay for and receive a private therapy session (Skype) with Dr. Dana, which was good. I did receive responses to an email about a log in issue, and this is the same email I used, along with the info email, to get a refund. Within a few weeks I, I realized that the ‘What to do When Spouse Wants Out’ program was really a repeat of ‘the ‘Strong Marriage now’ program, so emailed to get a refund for this . Received no response. I tried calling with no response. I emailed a second time with no response. Then after few months, realized nothing was going to work in my situation so tried to get my money back for both programs. I have emailed and called numerous times over the course of the year and today is exactly a year since I bought the course and still no response. Now in the final stages of a divorce, I have contacted the Better Business Bureau to which they have tried to contact them with no response so far.

So, the program may have good advice but just know you will NOT get your money back!!! False advertising.

Still no response, have yet to speak to an actual person. Its been 6 months. There is NO money back guarantee.

After spending my money may systems, this proved me that there are people who care.

am considering to buy the "What to do when husband wants out" programme or the "Strong Marriage Now" program. We had been together for 18 years married for 13 years. My husband told me he doesn't love me anymore and doesn't want to live with me anymore (I had been very stressed and negative/complaining the past years due to work overload). He moved already out a few months ago and now wants a separation/divorce. I do not think I will get him to watch any video (e.g. Checked out partner). And I am afraid to do mistakes as I did so in the past (begging and threatening...), as we also have minor kids. I am considering to agree to separation to achieve peace, but insist on the waiting period for divorce (to buy time and get more information myself and buying /starting one of the programs)? Any advice?

Was a rip off was in order to buy the library set they make you buy the online stuff first. I never use the online stuff cause I have the library set. I have not got access to the internet all the time so that is why I wanted the physical (library) set. Had to pay for the online set in order to get the library set which the also said I had to pay for. Big rip off if you ask me. I’m thinking about sending everything back and cancel everything. Not a happy customer at all.

The information resonates strongly with my situation. I wish i was further into it to see any results. In time i anticipate five stars

Wonderful Program. All Marriages should invest and go through the course regardless of their current state. The information is very educational and super easy to understand!

The course should be mandatorily taught in High School and/or College!

The first stages of the course have been very good and encouraging, though I am not sure there has been much visible impact yet. So much depends upon how much work one puts in; I have done a lot but need to do more. However, I am disappointed with the sense that so much of the material - especially the apparently new or live stuff, webinairs etc - seems to be repackaged old material and not new at all. I sent in one written question and never got a reply. I appreciate I do not have a contract with Dr Dana as a therapist, but if replying somehow is not possible, there should not be a space for questions on the various site pages.

Good program. You need to dedicate time and energy.

Once I paid for the program, communication basically stopped. Other than the opportunity to listen to a one hour phone call, no further Information/thoughts provided.

I'm not unhappy with the system but struggle w/ some things. The flow of things is sometimes hard to follow. And since I'm going through it by myself (trying to get her checked back in) questions come up on exercises and things that i'm not sure what to do. For example, how do i plan 8 hrs a week when she doesnt want that?

This series really helped me when I needed to take quick action to save my marriage. My husband suddenly told me he'd had enough with our communication issues and left the house on a Thursday. I had to leave town for a previous engagement on the weekend. I was devastated, distraught, scared and found this program while on my trip. I immediately began the videos and found helpful information to use right away. My husband even met with an attorney the following Tuesday. He did agree to meet with me right after his consult. I used everything I learned in just a few videos to convince him that I was willing to do everything possible to work this out. I laid out all of my immediate plans including this system. He left not making any promises but I felt better having been able to calmly and logically discuss my desire to work this out. I was nervous and scared but I didn't cry or blame. I even sent him the link to watch the Video about getting your spouse to check back in. He hadn't watched it yet but the next day he came home! He agreed to go through the system with me. We have work to do but I thank Dr Dana for getting me through that first weekend and providing me with tools to use right away. If I hadn't found this system I don't know where we'd be right now. Thank you! I've already recommended the Strong Marriage Now system to a few friends and I only found it 5 days ago!

Great course, highly recommend.

This is a great program for all couples even the marriages that are doing good. It is dificult to complete in a short time with a relationahip that is involving the millitary auch as mine juat because of the distance in miles. It is however not impossible, thank you for the help so far
