My therapist recommended zencare because i have bad insurance and what I thought was a few providers on there ended up being fake and routing me to lavender's website where I almost booked an appointment and then read the reviews. I am on SSDI. And received an auto message from two providers that I sent my info to but when I looked for them on lavendar they werent there. Zencare.co is letting these "providers" from Lavender openly make profiles on their website redirecting them to their website. Some were real providers but it wasn't the provider I chose. It doesn't make sense to me that Zencare.co would openly be a place to find a provider then I'm rerouted to a whole different website that has providers with such bad reviews. This dangerous for me especially being disabled and on controlled meds. My needs were urgent as Ive been without care for awhile. I catch things very quickly as this is my part time job to notice patterns that don't line up. Im glad I don't use Zencare.co now but I had my hopes high. I booked an appointment with provider that had no bio just a headshot on there, and thats unacceptable and i was stupid enough to put my card info on there. Now Im worried. I've never done an online platform for my health and this type of behavior is similar to a fake job posting on indeed.com. If you have a lot of mental health issues and need medication management I'd stay away from Zen.co or any online health provider. Im surprised they have good reviews when it seems they don't verify that yet another company is rerouting people to Lavender.

Chris was very helpful in explaining how the marketing services from Zencare could build my private practice. He focused on getting quality client referrals and not just clients who are constantly shopping for a therapist.

It was really easy to set up but some of the items required more set up than I thought.

Actually it loses my data after hours of dat entry

No response to customer support emails, no phone number to contact them, no way to delete account.

Don't give this company your info or money. There are much better options out there.

I truly appreciate Barry Gordon's caring support for me as I forge ahead to a new chapter in my life by starting a private practice.

A few years back, I was looking for a psychotherapy provider with specific skills. I was pleased to find several that were accepting new patients and interviewed them. I ultimately decided on a therapist with whom I worked with for almost 2 years and had great improvement in my mental clarity and symptoms. I am grateful to Zencare for making it so easy to find just the right provider!

The 1st therapist I was connected with turned out to be a disaster. By our 3rd or 4th meeting, it was clear that she had not read my answers to her own questionnaire! What? The 2nd therapist I was connected with is wonderful. We’ve been meeting for a couple years, a mix of live and Zoom at my request. Always has great suggestions and guidance.

I can't log in because I chose to receive the 2 factor authenticator via SMS and I am not receiving any messages with codes. I receive nothing but am unable to contact anyone because the "contact us" link goes to a 'Page Not Found" error message. Worst, what I thought I elected for a subscription is not correct on my invoice and I can't reach anyone to help me resolve this. I still can't access support.

Pleasant, helpful and mostly Chris was patient with my many questions and did clarify many issues.

My Zencare representative Kalie made the process simple for me. She was so kind and helpful and a wealth of knowledge.

Zen care is terrible for a provider looking to book . They make you sign a contract for a whole year and don’t see a return on your investment . I had them for 6 months and never seen any referrals turn into a client . You are better off with zocdoc or grow because they truly convert into sales .

Zencare is a perfect fit for me as I move off of insurance panels and into a direct-pay-only practice. The set-up process was clear, easily navigated and a staff member was very available and helpful.

Zen are was so easy, and the provider was more than I had hoped. I was worried I didn’t do it correctly so I entered a message and within minutes she reached out and set up immediate next day appointment. Polite, caring, reassuring, exceptional customer service. Zencare was easy to use after all and they really do have quality providers at your fingertips.
