Good Morning,
I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the quality of the description provided on our website. However, after some investigation, the manufacturer had the incorrect head size listed in their catalogue, which is how it displayed the 115sq in head size on our website instead of the correct 110sq in head size. I can see from our records that we provided a goodwill part refund for you to keep the racket you received.
Please feel free to call us on 01206 808014 or email us at info@stringersworld.com to discuss this further. Our team would be happy to help.
Once again, I do apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
Kind Regards,
Toby
