Total scam!!! I purchased shoes for my mum’s birthday, she couldn’t get them on. The ankle was elastic but I had trouble getting them on and I don’t have a wide foot. I wrote numerous emails and contacted form with absolutely no response. This company should not be aloud to trade. Now stuck with a useless pair of shoes that I paid £48.00 for.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. Same experience as everyone else. The shoes are NOT orthopaedic shoes at all, they are cheap and flimsy with absolutely no support. They will not allow you to return them for a refund and didn't reply at all initially. When they did reply to my 3rd email they offered to refund half. Fortunately my purchase was made through American Express so they refunded my money. This company is obviously a scam and should be shut down.

I purchased orthopaedic sandals but didn't arrive in time for holiday. Tried on and uncomfortable. Approached to turn, offered to keep and refund £10. Declined as said don't want. Offered £20, declined. Went through paypal as how purchased. Replied within 24 hrs each time that way. Got £28 back and will sell on as new. Will never buy from them again. Wish had read reviews 1st

The above shoes are a joke. There is NO support in the shoes whatsoever, just floppy plastic. I asked to return them and they offered me £10 and to keep them, ( I paid them £30). which I refused. I've heard nothing since, despite writing again. It is a sobering lesson to check up on companies before you part with your hard-earned money.

SIX emails later and I am still waiting for a response from Stridepure as to how I can return the two pairs of shoes that I don't want.
The reviews on their website look great, because any bad reviews are not shown.
The shoes are bad fit for my feet and the quality is poor.
Based on their dreadful customer service I would avoid buying from this company.

As has been said before this company seems to be a scam and has no procedures whatsoever to return it's faulty sub standard product. They send the wrong sizes of rubbish product - the packaging is of better quality than the shoes.

Dont use them. If you want to return they have no process and the promised refund never arrives. Absolute thieves

Avoid this company at all cost!
The products are sub-standard and they don’t give FULL refunds insisting on deducting half the price of the shoes as a “handling fee”. Even when you offer to pay the return p&p. Oh, and then they stop answering your emails.

An absolute scam. Shoes arrived after 3 weeks, the worst quality ever. Tried returning them sent three emails but no reply. DI NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE.

Trainers arrived after 3 weeks, but they were far too small. I followed the guidance on the website and emailed them asking if I can return the trainers for a larger size. No response. After 5 days I sent another email. No response. There is no telephone number on the website.
As the address given was only 20 minutes from where I live, I decided to take them back personally, however the address does not exist.
I’m guessing that the owners of this site probably aren’t in the UK and that this is just another ploy by the Chinese manufacturers.
Lesson learned – check websites more carefully before parting with cash.

I wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews before buying from this company - £99 down the drain for 3 pairs of shoes I can never wear. I did think it was odd that there was no size printed on the sole or tongue of shoes, but the web page reviews looked SO convincing, what a numpty I am! I have emailed them twice and no reply. However, if Stridepure do reply and/or refund me, I'll update progress on this order

My 90 year old Mother in Law purchased sandals from this Company. She never thought to check reviews before she placed the order.
The sandals did not fit and she has been trying for one month now to obtain a refund. In accordance with the website, she has been requesting shipping labels and instructions, with no reply apart from one, when they offered her a refund of £20, the sandals cost £32.98. She declined the offer and again asked to return them but there has been no further contact. The address on the website is incorrect as 5-43 Robinson Road, Dagenham RM8 3DB. This postcode is for Brittain Road. Robinson Rd has a postcode of RM10 7SS. If you look on street view, both are residential streets. There is clearly no return address. Please do not buy anything from this website.

Please contact the Advertising Standards Authority website and fill out the complaint form to get this company taken down. It’s very easy to fill in.
I’m also emailing the Chinese Consulate in London to let them know this company is shaming Chinese goods.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The quality of shoes and sandals are awful. They are not worth the money. The website states a refund policy, however they will not offer a return. If you find that there is an issue with your Purchase, they will offer you 30% of the order value and tell you to keep the shoes. WASTE OF MONEY.

Selling cheap shoes but calling them otho.

I placed an order for sandals I have yet to receive. This company does not exist in the United Kingdom the website is fake. Robinson Road is a residential area with the postcode RM10 7SS. The postcode on the website relates to a road called Brittan Road. I messaged them via the website and received no response. I then emailed them asking them not to dispatch the sandals but to refund my money, and made them aware that I knew the address was fake, it was at this stage they responded telling me the goods had now been dispatched and the order couldn’t be cancelled, they have been shipped from China. I expect when/if I do finally receive them they are rubbish as this has been the experience of all other reviewers. I have reported this to the National Cyber Security Centre and would suggest everyone who has had this experience does the same to hopefully have this website taken down.

Read all these reviews not the fictional ones on their website. Money taken very quickly, sandals took weeks to arrive in poor packaging. Look cheap and bad quality. How can they keep on advertising and taking money? I have had no response to my emails requesting a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would. Quality of the shoe is terrible. I read the reviews after placing the order and tried to cancel but they said I was unable to. Now to pay for the postage return for a refund which should be okay as they are soo light and came loose, without a box. Quality is awful.
