Please please do not use this company, I wish I had read all the trustedpilot reviews.

Unfortunately, I read the reviews after my purchase and regret that I did not check these reviews earlier, which highlight significant concerns about this company’s practices.

They are not a legitimate site nor do they provide legitimate goods shipped and sourced in the UK. You will be scammed and they do not adhere to their website policies.

I do not support false advertising or the misrepresentation of a company or its goods.  I will no longer continue to correspondence with them for a satisfactory outcome and suggest you liaise with your bank for a suitable outcome if you have made a purchase.

The items I received are of extremely poor quality, not UK-made, and certainly not orthopedic as advertised. The shoes lack arch support, proper insoles, and are poorly constructed.

You need to send the product back to their warehouse in China and they charge a handling and shipping fee. I purchased goods of £50 and they offered me a £20 refund.

Purchased pair of orthopedic winter boots for £49, sub standard poor quality, they should be renamed riding boots as you will never be able to walk in them, they will crucify your feet,asked for full refund, offered me £8. If I do not get full refund I will be taking it up with my credit card company for full refund, & contacting Trading Standards with there false misleading advertising.

Don’t ever buy from this company they’re thrives I purchase two shoes from them for 62.98 but change my mind the following day after purchase I ask them to refund the money I don’t need the items no more and this what email me

Same as everyone else , absolutely a scam offered £8 after didn't fit , rarely replied to when they do. Reply very blunt and very unhelpful. Their solution was to send to mainland China or wherever they're actually based as it definitely isn't Dagenham... Currently still not resolved and quoting £20 to send back but still not agreed to send full refund , super bogus Avoid Avoid Avoid

Completely agree with all other reviews. Quality of shoes is extremely poor, and they do everything to avoid a refund.

Bought shoes back in August (after breaking my toe) and tried for weeks to get a return address. As it wasn't forthcoming, I got suspicious and looked at the reviews - obviously, wish I had done this earlier! Not getting anywhere, I told them I would instigate a chargeback on my credit card if they didn't supply an address to return the unwanted shoes to, but still heard nothing. So I went ahead, contacted my bank who refunded my purchase amount of just over £100. Stripepure then finally contacted me and told me to return the products to China and 'not to worry'. They sent this e-mail to my bank (omitting the numerous e-mails I had sent to them) to show they were supplying a return address and my bank considering reversing the refund. So I supplied my bank with more information, which included:
1) The Stridepure website states you can return the products to a Degenham address, but this was never offered as a return option to me.
2) The Dagenham address does not exist - the post code does not match the street (as per the Royal Mail Postcode finder), and the number in the street does not exist - so your product is never going to reach them if you send it to this address.
3) The wesbsite also states they will supply return labels - this was never supplied.
4) I sent a copy of all my corresponce and quoted some of the reviews on Trust Pilot, to show that this company were not trust worthy.

I heard from my Bank last week who has upheld my claim and stated the refund will stay in place. I'm so glad I went through the process.

I am writing this review to urge anyone else that is in the same position to take this action. I think its the only chance you have of getting your money back.

Do not buy anything from this company! I have just paid around £50 for the poorest quality, ill fitting cheap boots! No fur lining, no branding, no real in sole, strap to fasten trails on the ground you have to pull it that tight to get any fit at the ankle. Do not trust the fake webpage! Don’t waste your time trying for a refund, contact your card company, and do a reverse charge!
I thought I trusted the site, based in Dagenham, with on site reviews! Lies! They are in china, and are nothing more than scammers! Please avoid!

Nach der Bestellung kam weder eine Bestätigung per Email, sonst noch irgend etwas. Lediglich was Geld wurde abgebucht über Paypal... Nach 2 Wochen kamen die Schuhe an und ich stellte fest, dass es wirklich der billigste Müll ist, den man kaufen kann. Unter der Telefonnummer erreicht man niemanden und auf Emails wird auch nicht geantwortet. Finger weg!

***DONT BUY - BASED IN CHINA** COSTLY RETURNS! Before buying some boots I purposely looked for a UK address on the website. There was an address in Dagenham but when I found the boots were too small, and wanted to return them, they first tried to offer me a £10 discount - I refused. Long story short I had to complain through PayPal- not yet resolved. They have deceived by using a UK address. The last communication, they agreed for me to send back to China at a cost to me of circa £15. I’ve gone back to PayPal for advice but this is malpractice! Should not be allowed to trade in UK!

Please do not order anything from this company there not who they say they are!!! My shoes I ordered haven’t seen orthopaedic in there life!!! I can’t return them either as there saying I have to return them to china! They offered me £10 back and I refused wish o hadn’t refused really as anything is better than nothing. Scam company beware

I would absolutely give them a zero rating if possible, I only wish I’d read on here before I paid out £91-98 for three pairs of shoes then returned to their so called Dagenham address and paid tracked and signed for
Stridepure offered me £40 and keep the shoes (of which I don’t have)😡
I now have no shoes as they’re held somewhere as address isn’t genuine and with P&P almost a hundred pounds out of pocket
I’m currently trying to sort this with PAYPAL

I wanted to buy some nice shoes for my wife to surprise her but I’m still waiting for the surprise to turn up I wish looked at these reviews before I made my order,I have tried to contact them but had one reply saying it has been in transit on the 3 rd of November and will get to me on the 2 nd iv watched back to the future but never thought it was real,pls be aware that you can not get I touch with any one.
Just a quick update after emailing this company at least 10 times in this last week I got the shoes sent to me,opening the cheap packaging which absolutely stunk of tarmac the shoes that I had ordered where nothing like what I had ordered absolutely disgusting I paid £45 for a pair of shoes and received so poor quality that honestly I would feel embarrassed of even giving these away free you can pick these up on the market for no more then £5 if you are lucky because I do not even think they would even attempt to sell these hideous shoes and the fact that they bigged up the fact that they will help soother the pain in your feet and put up pictures of dr recommended these shoes is completely misleading.

This should really be a ZERO rating but alas there is no such option.
I am still in dispute with this Company following months of debate about how much compensation they are willing to pay following the receipt of the shabbiest shoes. They began at £10 then £20 then £65 and I can keep the shoes...Now I have handed this dispute to my Bank they(Stridepure) are asking me to return the shoes for a full refund. I do not trust that this will happen so I have today requested pre paid packaging plus address label as I have no faith whatsoever in them refunding all of the payment I made to them. Lets just see what the response is.....DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..They claim to have a warehouse in the South of England but alas that is NOT TRUE the items came in a flimsy black plastic bag without documents. FROM CHINA...

I looked at their website which looks very professional and was pleased to see they had a UK address in Dagenham. I placed my order, opting for 2 pairs of sandals because I couldn’t decide which colour I wanted which cost £65.98 and waited for these to arrive, given the company was showing as being in Dagenham, I didn’t think I would have long to wait, how wrong could I have been. Two weeks passed and I emailed the support email only to receive a very flimsy message basically saying I would be notified once the items were in transit, which started the alarm bells ringing. Once the items finally arrived (which took 3-weeks in total) I was appalled by their extremely poor quality, these sandals are in no way ‘orthopedic’. I made contact using the email address asking to return the items because they were not of the quality I was expecting and did not fit properly. They replied saying I could keep the sandals and they would pay me £10 compensation which I refused saying I simply wanted to return the items for a full refund, I then received another email and was offered £20 compensation. I’m not getting anywhere with securing a refund for the sandals and have no idea what to do next.

This is definitely a scam company .

Wish I'd read reviews before ordering

It's taken just over a month to be refunded on my mastercard. First they offered to refund me £10 then 2 weeks later offered £30 and then they went all quiet until mastercard gave them another push.

Finally today 7th October I have a full refund.

Ordered trainers for my daughter, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I tried the same day to cancel and requested a refund within their terms and conditions. Sent 1 message 15 mins after ordering, no reply. Sent a further 3 emails, no reply. The company is operating from a uk address (private residence) they are not uk based they are Chinese. It was no good them sending the wrong size so I was very frustrated, they do not have a telephone number either. So was charged for an unwanted gift for delivery, which also states they would arrive in 5-7 working days, not true took weeks and weeks. I fortunately went through PayPal which my credit card is attached to and PayPal refunded me. However PayPal have not been refunded their money to date. The trainers are very poorly made and not fit for purpose (once they finally arrived). This company is a complete SCAM and I would advise people not to deal with them. They just take your money and do not communicate. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards as they should not be operating in the UK, especially as their address is a private house!!! It also should be noted that this company is connected to another company called Falour.

Absolute scammers DO NOT BUY BE WARNED! The shoes are cheap, nasty plastic, not specialist in any way not even in a box sent in a cheap spun bond bag and the shoes I got one was much bigger than the other, I have reported the website to the Advertising Standards Authority in the hope they will close this site down, the Dagenham address is fake and does not exist, they are in CHINA, you will never see your money back if you earn your cash these scammers don't they are vultures who prey on folk with foot issues be warned.
