I have a dispute for chime that's $44.92 that was denied because the dispute department there filed it wrong then the 2nd and 3rd agent said they corrected it which they didn't. The rebuttal was denied too and Stride Bank is the FDIC that insures chime but all they do is tell you to contact regular chime support by hitting option 3 which is no different than regularly calling chime. At this point the merchant scammed me i provided proof and still no refund just denials. Stay away from Stride and Chime because they are useless and untrained. I filed reports with the financial bureaus along with the attorney generals for Oklahoma for Stride and California for Chime along with BBB and im not quitting until i get my money back. Their social media pages and LinkedIn will also get the full story posted. They also post an email that I've already contacted to make it appear as though they are giving me some information I don't have and they ultimately probably will do absolutely nothing to resolve this complete and utter joke scammed out of my money. Terrible company just hangs up you and directs you to chime support or gives the email like actual drone robots that never deter from their programming. Anything to just ignore actual issues people have. The worst crap I've ever dealt with the most awful company ever. I'd imagine any reviews with more than 2 stars are employees friends or paid reviews so it's not as bad as the rating should actually be because they are a joke.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. The representative couldn’t help me at all and had a major attitude. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me. I cannot believe their customer service is so appallingly awful. DoorDash and Chime need to find a different bank to do business with.

Missing money again. Transactions showing posted don't even have correct dates and times again. Absolutely sick of their garbage support reps. Reported to Consumer financial protection agency today Absolutely done.

Total scam. They close your account for no reason and keep your balance.

Absolutely the rudest customer service I have ever experienced! Melissa is pathetic! Will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs as well as well as FDIC!! Missing $2801 from an account that they partnered with Chime with!!

This is absolutely the worst bank ever they have stolen my money that i funded their account with even though i have a confirmation and transaction number they say i did not send them any deposit. again i have a receipt from my cashapp that says they took my money. i am a 56 year old handicapped man in Florida and $100.00 means a whole lot to me as i am stuck in a wheelchair and am not able to get around. THIS IS HORRIBLE

I can’t leave no stars so I put one. This bank is the worst bank I’ve ever worked with. They allowed someone to steal all my money within 10 hours and then never helped me get it back. Don’t ever use the card issued through dasherdirect. I think it’s an inside job. It’s hard to service these days and they allow people to steal and they didn’t help me at all. WORST BANK EVER! Zero star. STRIDE BANK! I hope those who have a lawyer sue the hell out of you and put you out of business.

have never been treated so poorly by a bank!! the customer service rep would not repeat her name when I asked for it at the end of the conversation, they refuse to acknowledge their relationship with Chime, yet I have a Stride Bank routing number on my Chime card. Their business practices seem shady, and I reported them to FDIC.

Terrible service as soon as I told them my problem they hung up immediately multiple times with multiple people and I recorded everything! They don’t want to help you they just want your money and ghost you! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM! I will be building a case with them with other people and using my following to tear them down until they decide to do right by their customers.

How can we get this bank shut down? As I understand the Office of Comptroller of the Currency regulates US banks. Do they have the ability to shut down banks for fraud? How is it that banks like Stride that willfully and fraudulently hold customer funds while the customer remains locked out be allowed to do this practice over and over?

Not sure what these people are up to but I got a Chime card from them that at first, scared me as I thought it was some kind of scam. Now I believe it is a marketing tool that Stride Bank is using to try to drum up business! I was married to a banker for 22 years and we would NEVER have done something like this! Am going to warn all my Oklahoma friends NOT to bank with them! HORRIBLE!

This had started when Stride Bank (Star), had claimed that I had a suspicious activity on my debit card, which wasn't true, after we had talk to Stride Bank, as I had found the email receipt, after word, the y claimed that I harassed them, I can only think it's due to the amount of emails I sent to them, in a form of complaining which I have a right to do so till this issue is resolved to the bank, and they promised me Debit Card #5, which I have not gotten, yet?

False advertisement like bancorp bank and Chime say its safe and secure to send money to anyone without chime. Really so then why didn't my mom get the 400 dollars I sent her not even a fukn text msg. I fill a dispute last night 1st and last time ever using chime scammer the closed my dispute this morning say sorry but it shows on our end they received it so sad yall lie especially about live representative 24/7 nothing but robots

I never will use this bank again super shady I drive Doordash but I also had a payroll from my job my pay just mysteriously never came thru after speaking with a representative infront of my boss started asking real shady questions then rudely hung up.

I woke up to four emails from Chime:

1. My account was logged into from a different location
2. My email address was changed
3. My telephone number was changed
4. $5,000 was transferred to a different email address I’d never seen

It’s taking everything in me to keep it together.

Like Many others, my experience with this bank which Lyft uses to pay you has been a nightmare again and again. When a merchant places a hold on your card like a hotel does as deposit, the hotel releases the hold once you check out and within a few days it's available in your card balance but not with this card. Stride decides to hold that money from your balance to earn interest on it for an entire month. They claim the hotel is holding the funds but not true. It never happens with other cards only this one. I hate Lyft, I hate Stride shady bank. Don't use this card.

Do not ever get a chime card because they go stride bank and stride bank took money out of my chase account for 7m and I made a claim against stride bank with chase and got some of my money back and then I looked at my account on 10/09/22 and it was overdrawn by 2,751 and I hope i get all my money back from chase because I filled out a claim and I’m make sure they block stride bank from my account

Do not bank with dasher direct through stride bank. They do not help you with fraudulent charges. I had 300 dollars stolen from my account and I got the run-around for hours! They do not care about you and your account will be compromised just for them to turn around and tell you it’s going to cost you 5 dollars to replace your card as well. Literally the worst banking service I’ve ever seen.

I used my Lyft Direct Card for the deposit at the HyattPlace Atlanta North. I have a regular Chime account also, in which that money was returned ASAP, but even after calling hotel and they told them the funds were released when I checked out, their reply...Mr Ruffin even thougn we both talked to.them, we wont put money back until.1 August in which it will be in 2 weeks. JUST A FCKN HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from STRIDE BANK.😡😡😡
