i think the experience was great i just didn’t know it would take so long to get to me, i also had no idea how long it would take before ordering it so i think that may be an issue. it seems like there are multiple platforms to check for stuff that makes it confusing. i also didn’t know i was supposed to pay customs until i manually went into the links to check why nothing is happening with my parcel only to find i need to pay customs which i would’ve preferring getting an email or being shown on the shop app or an sms indicating with a link provided

Once I had chosen the watch I wanted, ordering and paying for it was a very straightforward process and the watch arrived with very little delay. The only small hitch in the process was on the part of Royal Mail. Despite being a signed for delivery, they delivered it to the wrong house!

Item arrived within the time the company said and the package and box with a gift bag were really lovely. The bracelet was as expected and good size that will allow our granddaughter adjusted it as she gets a bit older. Will definitely use this organisation when looking for a similar gift.
