I wasn't able to watch the live signing due to being at an event but was able to watch the stream later thankfully be cause the amazing Sam Riegal had it on his account page. Pricing was fair & shipping was reasonable. The few autos I've gotten I've been happy with.

I ordered a signed poster over a year ago, and their website automatically checked the box to sign me up for their 10USD-a-month subscription, and used discrete language and taglines to cover it up ("Get 14 dollars off shipping").
After the initial receipt for the order, I was NEVER notified that I was being charged for this for the last 12 months. The only reason I ever found out was because my card was lacking funds and they were FINALLY forced to send me an email telling me I was even on a subscription.
I cannot believe how shady this is. I never once used their service for the last 12 months since buying my poster, so I didn't even reap a single benefit of this hidden subscription. If I am not given a refund for this, then I'll have to pursue further action on this matter. It's incredibly scummy to run your subscription racket in this manner, and I feel extremely sorry for anyone who made the same mistake in ordering from these people that I made.
Update: I was denied a refund, and the customer support sent me a cropped screenshot of what their website actually says in order to tell me to shut up and accept it. They've now said that my money is stolen when they charge me, and if I didn't want to be stolen from, I had to ask them to stop doing it.
I'll be contacting a lawyer I know to get information on how I can get my stolen money returned to me, and how to punish this company for the scam that they continue to run.
Update 2:
What a joke of a response. "We can't offer refunds because our policy days that once you're stolen from, the money is just ours now, get bent dumb ass, should've checked that you were getting stolen from"
Because yes, of course the onus should be on me to not get stolen from, and not on the big corporation to not steal. That makes total sense.

I ordered one print at the end of March and no info on the order still, I contact them like once every 2 months and they still reply with the same answers. I was scammed, I have no hope it'll arrive, DO NOT BUY!!! I don't think I'll get my money back, shame that this site is a scam, it's an amazing concept and I was excited...

I ordered a signed Stolas print May 2nd. It was signed, and THAT'S IT. I keep getting the exact same response of "it's been signed but we're waiting on completed orders to be returned to us." Same email each time, exact wording and all. I am SO MAD that this is taking WAY longer than they said, and yet they're still advertising for more autographs!! Send me my item!!!!

Ordered a signed print for my autistic son over a month ago. They’ve put the wrong email address (but provided tracking) item now sat in a delivery locker which I can’t access as I have no email confirmation and replies take forever!! Heartbroken autistic son as he doesn’t understand why we can’t just go get it if it is there !

I ordered a print of Astarion signed back in May. First, i never received a confirmation so i reached out to them. Far too long after, it turns out they had the wrong email address attached to the order. Having just dealt with identity theft I rushed to resolve this and the response back simply said that the email they had wasn't the one i was mailing from. No resolution. No options. My second and third request met with better options. Now that i can see the order, i can track the inactivity on it. I reached out to check the status and was given a standard reply. None of the other orders I've placed ever took as long as this one. I'm concerned that because i has to go through their support line that my order is delayed or lost.

I paid for the RWBY group prints through them. When they asked for the monthly VIP membership I accepted it for the free shipping with plans to cancel it after it was shipped. Now I cant cancel the membership. I try to go to my order history where support said I can allegedly cancel it but the link doesnt work, and it takes me directly to their homepage. Now Im forced to pay 10 bucks a month for a service I no longer need because I have no way to cancel it.

When your Streamily order has a problem, you can expect Support to not only be unhelpful, but also to stop responding when they've decided they're done with you. There is no recourse no matter how politely you approach them or how many screenshots you send. They will repeatedly gaslight, sidestep, and refuse to directly answer your questions or even offer a simple apology for their mistakes.
For one particular print, the talent decided to charge $10 extra for "Signed on Stream." I also added the VIP membership to skip the line and guarantee my print would be signed on stream. Two streams later, my print was not signed on stream, and was in fact shipped and delivered to me without ever being streamed. Streamily informed me that there is NO guarantee of prints being signed on stream no matter what you do. The extra payment, VIP membership, Priority Upgrade, etc, do not guarantee it. They refused to refund these extra fees and support stopped responding to me. Their FAQ conflicts with this information, as the purchase page for VIP and the FAQ confirm that this service is intended to be a signed on stream guarantee.
For a second print, Streamily sent an email saying my print was between orders 1-300 (they later confirmed that I was queue #12) and would be signed in the next stream. FOUR streams later, it has not been signed, and Streamily is claiming that they never sent such an email so my order was certainly not within those numbers. I have the screenshots, and multiple people have had the same experience as me. The exact same customer support rep as before then told me "if you want it to be guaranteed signed on stream, you should buy priority." But you JUST told me last time that priority doesn't guarantee it? So which is it?
I've provided multiple accounts from multiple people to Streamily, with screenshots, showing that I am not the only person to have these issues. They continue to be unhelpful and will not stand behind their own policies. You are lucky to even receive a response to your problems via email. After weeks trying to go back and forth, I eventually just gave up. I could not reach any other person associated with Streamily for help and they would never even acknowledge the veracity of my issues.

The quality of the poster and autographs is great but I had an issue with the shipping of my order, I had to write twice asking for the status of it, and just when I sent the attached mails with the updates I had received of my order I was informed that there was an issue with the shipping address.
