Streamily is still awful!

I just want to write a follow up review about Streamily. On February 13, 2025 I wrote a review about the horrible experience I had about Streamily and their practice of sneaking subscription charges into orders. Streamily has terrible customer service and refused to help me at all when it came to fraudulent charges they placed on my credit card. Thank goodness my credit card company opened an investigation and proved that Streamily did fraudulent charges on my credit card. My credit card company credited me back the money that Streamily stole.
A month later, after I posted this review, Streamily replied and had the nerve to lie. They gave a fake apology and said they canceled the subscription charges on their site. That was a LIE! They never canceled any subscription charges. I canceled the subscription charges after I notified them about the fraudulent charges that they never notified me about. So again, DO NOT do business with Streamily. I have heard worse experiences about them.

Quick Process After Signature

There were a few behind the scenes hiccups for receiving the signature, but once Streamily had received the print, they were quick with processing. I also ordered a frame to complement my print. Both were packaged safely and securely. When I had reached out to Streamily during the process of the signature, they responded promptly and professionally, answering my queries. Overall satisfied with the service and would use again in the future if I desire!

Nothing but problems and very little help...

I've had nothing but problems with Streamily. I ordered an off-camera print to be signed with a Certificate of Authenticity on November 29, 2024. I reached out to them on February 1st because at that time I still had not received the order or any updates. I was told the artist signed the wrong print so my choices were to keep that print, wait another month+ to get the correct print or cancel the order altogether. It was a gift and the recipient decided to keep what was already signed.

I finally got the package today and it's only the print, no Certificate of Authenticity. At this point I've lost all trust in this company, who are either understaffed or have terrible tracking processes in place. I had a Family Membership because I thought this would be a fun things to regularly make purchases from, but I will never make that mistake again. I cancelled the membership and will wait to see if and when they send the CoA.

Every order I’ve gotten through…

Every order I’ve gotten through streamily has been excellent! The only thing I think would make it better is if they had Canadian prices (cause it maybe $80 usd but it’s like $130 cad) but I love every single order I’ve made

Two big gripes (EDIT 2-5-24)

Problem Situation 1: Terrible communication and everything they say about ‘2-4 weeks’ is a lie. I’ve been waiting for close to seven on one autograph that was signed early-mid December. There’s been no update since then about the order, and I find it just a little hard to believe that they haven’t received it yet.

Problem Situation 2: I pre-ordered a Marvel Rivals print and then saw another print I’d rather have, so I sent them an email about canceling, and talked about how I used the code NEWYEAR. They sent back some BS automated response that actually in fact, LIED about the use of the NEWYEAR code saying it ‘was no longer in use’, even though three days later, I get a site email saying ‘USE DISCOUNT CODE NEWYEAR FOR 10% OFF!’ I then saw a page on their site that claims they can do something that basically makes it so they can switch a purchase amount to store credit, which is perfect for me because all I want to do is switch the print I’m buying, so I send them an email about it. A week ago. Then another email 2 days later. Then a message on their website a day after that. Then an email today I’m almost sure they won’t see/choose to not respond to either.

Am I being impatient? Probably. Am I being a bit whiny? Probably. But don’t tout these things and then send nothing but ONE. SINGLE. AUTOMATED RESPONSE. OVER 5 REACHOUTS.

My first print came in perfectly, and what I’m quickly realizing is that a common phenomena among us Streamily customers is that they do a perfect job on the first….
…and then could not care less on any future orders you put in. I hate being negative, so please, Streamily, prove me wrong.

EDIT: Streamily did in fact, prove me wrong, and therefore I am keeping my initial review up here but slightly increasing as they did solve the more pressing and pertinent second issue.

Ordered a signed print from Jeremy Jordan

Ordered a signed print from Jeremy Jordan in July of 2024. By the time I reached out I was well past the 90 days for refund. I have reached out to them twice attempting to get any information regarding my order. I get the same apology and the refer back to the talent being busy. If you know that the talent is that busy, why is the same print still available for sale when I’m sure many people have been waiting months to receive their print? Or at least have a disclaimer that you could be waiting a very long time to receive your purchase.

I waited 2 months for my package only…

I waited 2 months for my package only for it to be send to the wrong adress! I paid about 80€ for everything only to be left with nothing! Postal office cant do anything since it was delivered to a mail box to someone unknow, and streamily wont reply to my emails. Poor logistics, poor service and poor experience. I atleast hope to recive a full refund or a new signed poster for free due to their own mistake....

Update: I got my package, poster was in a perfect condition, over all happy with product, however not too happy about the service. Maybe wont order again, due to emotional rides.

Do not buy from this company

I made an order for a friend's birthday back in September 2024, a couple months in advance as their birthday was in December, I wanted to give some leeway for any error or issues that may occur. (Spoiler Alert, there were issues.)

I waited a couple weeks and when the signing came, there was no update, I figured that there might have been an issue so I gave it a month. Again, there was no update. At this point, I went to Reddit, Youtube, Facebook, any social media to check reviews and if anyone has gotten their signings. Some people did, but in my research I noticed there were many more people who have gotten some bad experiences from the company; from their signatures not coming or getting no response from the customer support.

Emailed them 2 months in and got told their policy of refunds was you had to wait 90 days. So I waited.

Still no response.

I got an email eventually telling me the talent is taking longer than usual and will receive a reminder.

So that brings me up to today where there is absolutely no update from the talent, no signature and a very pissed off friend who had waited MONTHS.

I've contacted customer support and gotten an automated response, messaged again and will be giving it a week and if there is no reply, I will be contacting my bank and seeking legal action. Absolutely appalling company. If you desperately want a signature, get a friend to go to a convention or go personally, at least you'll be guaranteed a signature unlike this unreliable company.

Pathetic.

They don’t care

While waiting over a month for my order they had a sale, 10% off. I contacted customer service and asked if I could get the discount, as the item was still in stock. They said no. I asked if I could cancel the order, they said no. I asked my credit card if I could cancel the order (my first time doing this), they said yes, I guess because they actually care about keeping my business. So I got the 10% and also the other 90% back. Streamily customer service really just could not care less about you. I only wish my favorite creators had another platform for their products, and that I had read the reviews before trying to order from Streamily.

My daughter ordered a signed Jeremy…

My daughter ordered a signed Jeremy Jordan Hazbin Hotel autograph last MAY! 8 months ago. Every time I contacted them it was blamed on the "talent". I'm disgusted I didn't look up review before letting her part with quite a lot of her savings. She's only 12 years old and begged. Seems this company are scammers and take your money even when they cannot guarantee thr product. Absolute disgrace. Please don't ever order from them

Yet Again, Another Atrocious Experience.

Got charged for a membership that I didn’t know was a recurring billing. After going through MULTIPLE different steps to cancel I was told that there was no way I’d be able to get a refund once the membership was charged. So now my $10 was taken from me for something that I will not be using what so ever. I’ve had so many horrible experiences with this company I cannot believe a “professional” business is run like this. Great concept, executed horribly. I wish that you could actually just get the autographs from people you never would have been able to otherwise without having to ever deal with the HORRIBLE customer service this company provides. I wouldn’t be as mad about losing my $10 if every single experience I’ve ever had with this company wasn’t some of the worst I’ve ever had. I hadn’t even been charged in the last 24 hours before reaching out and just like that, my 10 bucks is gone. Do better.

Scam

I ordered an autograph 3 years ago and never received it, everytime i contacted support they always told me that everything was normal and that i should be patient but there has been at least 3 signing sessions or more since and never got news since. I even asked for a refund because i had enough but got denied any form of refund.... At this point it's just a scam...

Support Lied About Reminders + Actor Also Having Problems With Streamily

I placed an order for a digital audio shoutout from a voice actor from Helluva Boss on November 23rd to get myself something for my birthday in December. 3 weeks later, I messaged Customer Support to ask if they could send a reminder to the talent. They did not tell me they would do that and instead had me panicked by telling me they updated my special instructions without my consent. Thankfully, it turned out nothing had changed. (Side note: Customers cannot edit shoutout special instructions because the edit form is improperly coded to require certain fields that are greyed out because I was never asked those details when I checked out.)

I later sent two more Support inquiries. Both times they responded saying that the Talent Department was working with their partners and claimed that the talent receives email reminders, but neither replies were helpful. It also really bugged me that the 2nd one had treated my order like it was a physical product when they mentioned the warehouse, even though what I paid for was instead a digital audio file. I also asked about the possibility of a refund in my third attempt, but was told I had to wait at least 90 days for incomplete orders.

I then went to directly message the actor himself on social media to ask if I could get my audio shoutout. He responded and apologized for the whole situation that caused so much anxiety and explained to me that he's not able to see outstanding orders on his user interface, therefore actually had no idea about my order. He kept in contact with me over the weekend while he was at a con to let me know his schedule and ask me questions about my order. At first, he asked if I wanted either the recording or a refund and said both were easy. I asked for the recording because I still really wanted one. He later said that he would help me get both. On Monday night, he messaged me saying he made the recording and had sent it out to Streamily while requesting that that I receive both the audio file and a full refund (so I don't have to wait until late-Feb).

UPDATE: I got my shoutout finally from Streamily. I'm not changing my rating though. Waiting on the refund that the VA had also requested.

What also most pains me about this experience is I've received many orders from Streamily in the past and loved them all, so to get treated like this after being a long-time customer is upsetting.

This is the worst steaming package I…

This is the worst steaming package I have purchased in the last 20 years. As soon as there is a good football game on the system goes down for “ routine maintenance “.
Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

Had never heard of nor ordered from this site prior to placing my order on november 2nd 2024 thinking it would arrive within a few days so that it can be on time for my wife's birthday on nov 10th. Boy was i wrong i am still awaiting the signature so that the print can be shipped. Still no update and every time i ask its the same generic reply. They act like they have no contact with the talent when clearly they do because how else are they supposed to let them know they have things to be signed? I really wanted this for my wife but now i have to stand there like an idiot every time she asks. I promised her a good surprise for her birthday but she got nothing and that makes me extremely upset. They took my money and now im waiting like a frickin moron thinking i just might have gotten scammed. How hard can it be to sign something and ship it out? Signing it takes like two minutes and shipping it out isnt that hard either. I realize the talent is busy but they knew what they were getting into when they signed up with this website. Completely disappointed. DO NOT BUY THINGS FROM HERE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE YOU WAIT WEEKS OR EVEN MONTHS BEFORE ITS EVEN FRICKIN SIGNED. Will not be purchasing from this site again. Would give zero stars if i could.

Ich habe ein live signiertes Autogramm über streamily für insgesamt 122 Euro gekauft. Das Paket ist laut DHL nicht mehr auffindbar und der Absender muss eine Nachforschung in Auftrag geben damit ich mein Geld zurück erstattet bekommen, außer einer frechen Rückantwort von einer gewissen Sienna, das sie nichts unternehmen wird kam nichts....seit Wochen zermürbende Telefonate mit DHL geführt, ohne Erfolg. Für mich grenzt das hier von streamily als höchst unseriös, sicher auch nicht im Sinne des Schauspielers derer diese Plattform signiert. Hände weg
