This is a scam. Charged me after I canceled during my intake call with their attorney at Meadowbrook in Mt, Laurel NJ. Now all contacts aren’t answering - number doesn’t even provide voicemail option just rings once and hangs up. The financial advisor at Strategic Consulting, Neil Walsh or the actual firm itself. THIS IS A SCAM! I’m making a police report tomorrow, I contacted my bank and already made a report the BBB.

Direct contact information I was given ir my personal consultant Elisha Arande isn't accepting calls. Main number rings then hangs up. I don't know what to do. The lawyer they said would call me within a week never called. I can't reach anyone. Not sure what to do.

STAY FAR AWAY from this company. Total SCAM. Do not trust their fake reviews here or the agents that work for them. They have been reported to BBB 95 times in the past 12 months for fraud. Check the BBB.org site and search them up. After 10 months nothing has been done from the company that they refer you to Level One Law. They are both in the scam together. Complete frauds. This company says that your credit score will rebound in 7-9 months after they negotiate and pay off the credit card balances included in their program. The truth is that will never happen. When I finally got my program back and estimated payoffs the creditors are not paid off right away and they even drag out their estimates to 2026 and 2027. Our credit is now completely ruined for trusting in this company to do what they said. When I tried to contact my agent Matthew Hanley phone now does not work and their supposedly corp number 855-906-3235 does not accept calls for you to talk with or leave a message. They are not accredited with BBB. The supposed lawyer group Level One Law is even a bigger scam. They have been reported 35 times in past 12 months for fraud business. This group has taken $6,289 from my bank over 10 months and have not done any work to resolve our creditors balances. After waiting on hold for 6 hrs this past Friday when I finally spoke to a guy named Dan and explained the situation, he hung up on me. Major headache for me and my family. I am filing a complaint with BBB for level one law to try and get my money back. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT give them your info or get involved with both these fraudulent business.

I have been call the person who helped me Tim C. and he is not taking calls and the company number hangs up the call. And not to mention lawyer that was assigned to me is not returning my calls. I am very worried.

Beware of this company. It is a scam. They take your money and then you don’t hear from them. You try to contact them and get nowhere. The lawyer, I talked to regarding the company, refused to take my calls.

it looks like a scam company to me .i gave my whole information including social awcurity number and after sharing cintract no one in tne company is contactable .also sales guy is not responding .i have to report them to police because i trusted and gave my information to them. never trust them .

The latest news that’s being published by the media regarding the status of Strategic Financial Solutions (Strategic Consulting) is very alarming. Since the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and 7 state attorneys general is suing Strategic Financial Solutions, how are our accounts being handled now? Everything is frozen, calls and e-mails do not connect.

I signed up with Strategic Consulting in December 2023. I have been e-mailing my contact, Connor Celotto, at Strategic Consulting for over a week to have an update. I have not had any response. I also tried calling his phone (716-337-5459) but it does not connect. I also tried calling the Strategic Consulting number (855-906-3235) from the website and it also does not connect. Is this a scam?

Tim Clifton was very professional and comfortable to talk with in explaining the process and timeline in taking care of my debt issues. I felt comfortable discussing with Tim what needed to be done to accomplish my debt issues.

I have been trying to get in touch with my consultant and it rings busy… I called the agency and it will drop my call. No one from
Their office or sandstone has reach out to me like they promised in 5 business days. Not happy !!!

Cancelling my subscription! It all seemed too good to be true. First they were very attentive but I haven’t seen any other information or even been able to get ahold of my sales person!

Like others, I received a mailer saying I was pre-approved for a low-interest rate loan. As soon as I went online and submitted my info, I got a call from Stretgic Consulting (not the name of the company on the mailer). It turns out that they pushed me to a debt settlement program with a law firm. I will admit that Zachary was helpful in answering my questions and didn’t hesitate to reschedule my notary appointment when I requested more time to think about it. Be aware that debt settlement can be appealing with the lower monthly payment but your credit takes a hit and you will likely get collection calls and letters for the first several months and there’s the potential of creditors suing. Everyone needs to make a decision that’s best for their situation; in my case, I found a better alternative so didn’t proceed with them. I really consider debt settlement a last resort and I’m not at that point. Also,I responded to a loan offer, not a debt settlement offer, so I do feel this is a bait-and-switch and I wasn’t comfortable proceeding. To each their own. But do your research and make an informed decision that’s best for you.

I’m cancelling, like now. I tried calling the consultant, no answer. My call won’t be even go through. I have the cancellation document which I’ve email and will mail out tomorrow ASAP. This will ruin your credit. I was soooo hesitant and still went ahead and did it. Wrong judgement on my end. I will keep you guys posted on how the cancellation goes. So far, I’m being ignored.

Michael was empathetic but very professional. He was knowledgeable about our situation and made us comfortable going forward.

This has already given me hope and could potentially renew my faith that there is a way forward in such a rigged, predatory, corrupt system. Everyone has been very nice, communication is clear, thorough, and consistent. I strongly reccomend setting up a consultation to anyone wanting a way out of the debt trap.

Friendly, and was very good and clear at explaining the process. Receptive to questions and or concerns, had answers to questions and eased all concerns. Made the whole process feel like “it’s okay we’re here to help”.

Mr Cohen did a great job explaining a complex plan to get my debts paid off sooner. I feel very comfortable with my decision due to his openness in answering all of my questions.
