Sean my strategic consultant, was very helpful, and took care of me through the initiation process. He made sure all my questions were answered and doubts squashed. There are allot of reviews saying this is a scam, but if you actually learn about the process and understand debt settlement, then you will realize that this program is great value for your money. I can be 4 or 5 years down the line in the same sinking ship I am now drowning in high interest rates, but because of strategic consulting they are putting money back in my pocket and showing me that theres light at the end of this 4 year tunnel. Would recommend this program for people who are struggling to pay off high interest credit cards or unsecured loans.

Mechele Wofe made me feel very comfortable in explaining my loan process. She let me know that she will be there to answer any questions I may have throughout the 52-60 months that it takes to finish. She very Professional and friendly.

The consultant consistently demonstrated outstanding conduct decorum, answered questions, provided clarification, and importantly, was easy to talk to.

Mandella was very personable and easy to talk to. he made certain that I understood fully what I was getting into and what the coming months may look like. No question was below him. He treated all questions the same. He empthasized that he would be there with me every step of the way and never be afraid to call for even something I may think is minor. He told me he is there for me and to take over my concerns about that debt, I just needed to focus on getting my life back on track and getting my payments in on time. Definitely a trustworthy soul.

The only issue I see is the level one presentation should be completed by the customer service team via either Zoom or MS Teams. The presentation should be completed before the Notary comes to get paperwork signed. The presentation should not be completed by the Notary. That way you are hearing from the customer service team and not someone not familiar with Level One.

From my very first call, to explaining the program, to answering all my questions, and explaining the paperwork I was receiving.
