Receiving a piece of the leather that was going to be my bag was a bonus to the actual arrival of my bag. I love the leather, the feel and quality is outstanding. The stitching is done very nicely, not sloppy at all. In addition, I love that it is so light weight to wear and holds more than I thought it would. I do wish the straps were slightly longer, but it is still fine the way it is.

Very prompt in responding, I was very upset when UPS was after charging me with VAT, Stow dealt with them promptly and clarified that it was all inclusive. Not only does it produce excellent quality, but also deals with its customers very respectfully just how luxury should be!

They made a beautiful tote bag of a great quality

I love my brown suede midi curve bag! The leather is perfect, has a beautiful nap both inside and outside and gives enough structure to the bag so it doesn’t just flop over when I set it down (when the magnets are fastened). The customer service and responsiveness of the team is also excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. I love that I know exactly where this bag was made and that the materials and workmanship are worth the price. This is in contrast to other online “luxury” bag brands that are opaque about where their leather is from and misleading about where the bags are actually made. I also want to add that the hardware is very high quality and looks like it will hold up to wear over the years.

Gift for my wife - I ordered this bag as a birthday present for my wife. I was on the pre-order list with shipment to be on January 31st. I was pleasantly surprised to receive delivery of the bag on January 21st. When my wife opened the box...she was WOWED! She was delighted and immediately saw the high quality of the bag! I ordered the curve bag on 12/21 and it arrived on 12/24, just in time for Christmas! My wife really enjoys using the bag and it is now her everyday bag.
