Asked a few questions about delivery time to understand when to expect bag. Quick responses. Item took a while to get to wife but worth the wait!

Beautiful! The leather on this bag is supple and molds perfectly to the body. it's easy to get your things in and out. Shoulder drop is just right. This big bag reads utilitarian but very sleek and elegant on. Delivery was fast once in stock. Waiting fo the tan midi to get in stock.

Beautiful handbag, speedily delivered!

It is such a pleasure to carry this little beauty. The colour is pleasing to look at and I can fit my essentials comfortably in the mini east west.

Overall, I really love my Mini Curve bag! It’s the perfect size for carrying a few everyday essentials. I appreciate silver hardware option. That said, I do wish it maintained its distinctive shape a bit better. Once I add my phone or anything with a little weight, the structure changes and the bag loses its original look. An interior pocket would also be a great addition for better organization.

Gorgeous design, impeccable quality, and effortlessly chic. These bags are a true standout, both stylish and functional. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional—responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

I bought my second bag from stow and it was the best decision. These bags are so beautiful and well made. Perfect leather and shape. Thanks to Tanner Leatherstein, whom I'm following from the beginning. Through him I learned so much about real luxury bags. Not the one who claimed to be. It is not my last bag.

The packaging was perfect, not only safe but also beautiful. The color was exactly what I saw in the website.

This is a lovely bag and the leather quality is exceptional. Delivery was excellent too. But a couple of things that were a bit disappointing and I think would improve and make the bag outstanding (for a bag at this price point)
1. when the strap is at its shortest length the excess strap dangles over the main part of the bag and makes it annoying. A couple of inches shorter would make it an ideal length and would not alter the aesthetics of the bag.

2. The ‘glueing’ of the strap (instead of a stud) to me makes it look a cheaper alternative and not something I would expect with a small bag at this price. The end of the strap attaching it to the ‘ring’ has been cut straight and not tapered then glued together. It would make a much nicer finish having a stud and be tapered (like the other end of the strap)! Other bags I have bought from competitors at a very similar price have these extra small details.

Hello! I love your purses! I decided to try two of your purses a mini east west curve, and a mini curve and I’m super excited I did! They are top quality! Not a stitch out of place and the leather is top quality! I have been purchasing upscale purses for 35 years and yours compares to the best! So happy I will be ordering more! Thank you!

There are several things this company is doing right- first, esthetically pleasing bags of superior quality that include zero plastics, and support smaller, ethical businesses (and less waste) is the most important factor in my decision to be their customer. Secondly, I wanted a strap that would make my EastWest Bag an under arm shoulder bag rather than only a crossbody or handle bag, and I reached out to customer service. Peter got back to me- and not only did he sell me a strap that made the bag wonderfully versatile, but he also had their atelier in Spain send me a few videos showing the bag with the shorter strap and what it would look like as a shoulder bag (satisfaction is an understatement! Peter made my ideas to feel seen, in such a way that it was collaborative and appreciated, and I think it made not only my day but possibly my whole week.)

Peter and the artisans at Stow London went above and beyond in customer service as well as craftsmanship, which is why their company is incomparably superior to every other company on the market.

I have reached out to the customer service of similar brands- brands using the same or similar grade quality Spanish leather, brands whom also doesn’t use plastics in their production, but whose customer service failed to have an open mind to my suggestions and passion for possibilities, which as a result lost my business and my loyalty. It’s not that those companies were wrong, it’s that this company was so much better that I had no choice but to choose them.

I have a genuine passion for bags, and in all my collection, Stow London is the finest, loveliest of lovelies and the one I feel best about spending my money on.

The prices are unfortunately high and makes this bag normally outside of my budget, but I was glad to support this company, and frankly the quality of the bag combined with the exceptional customer service made it worth it on multiple levels.
