Reviews keep stating prices could be lower. I think they are. I've shopped around for something cheaper as U-Haul was raising their rates again. Not only is this place cheaper, but it is inside and climate controlled. I don't think you can find climate controlled storage any cheaper. Facility is very clean and accessible hours are great! Very pleased with where my unit is located also.

Manager was nice and the bathroom was really clean. Prices need some lowering but what can you do?

Overall a good experience. Helpful manager, clean facility, and smooth process to rent the unit. Rates could be cheaper but still better then most places in town.

I went to a few storage facilities before choosing Store Space Self Storage.

I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the office no weird smells, staff dressed appropriately and conversations were professional.

I am a Regional Property Manager and a Real Estate Agent sooooo I’m not the easiest to deal with when it comes to anything from rentals to sales.

I am pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this facility to others in need.

UPDATED review written May 2022: Just like all the other people say---they raise the price consistently...and not even after a year has gone by. Most times like every 9 months. Two years ago I noticed they didn't use the air conditioning during the warmer months to keep the inside at a decent temperature. I put a humidity gauge in my unit for a couple months (as I noticed my boxes were MOIST and starting to fall over (the ones stacked that is)) because of increased moisture in the building (and for proof of their lack of contractual obligation with temperature consistency. I complained a number of times to the the front desk people saying I paid for CLIMATE CONTROL...which means...consistent climate all the time. They just let it go natural. I didn't pay for inside only. I paid for climate controlled. I was pissed. I have collectibles in my unit. This was as bad as keeping it outside. Also since then, there were dead mice in my unit which I had the front desk come and remove the carcasses. I've put up my own mouse traps since but still, this shouldn't be an issue for what I pay. I've had climate controlled units for years in Atlanta, Austin & Detroit and never had: 1). mice issues....2). Climate controlled issues.....3). Prices going up this frequently and not just a little jump but major increases. This is crappy. And like some other folks said...with all that was going on with lock downs and people not working/etc., this is crappy. I do NOT recommend Store Space anymore and if I could, I would give them zero stars. Until I move, I'm forced to leave my stuff here as I don't have people to help me and I've no other space until I actually get a house or bigger living space. ====>>>> (My original review was written when the building was new and I was one of the original tenants. Christina unfortunately is no longer there and the front desk help are not as nice as Christina was.) ====>>>ORIGINAL review written in 2018/Nov: I stopped in many many times before finally deciding on a unit (as I was unsure what size I wanted, if this place was where I wanted to be, and because I was still comparison shopping). Christina was perfectly happy to show me my unit over and over again without making it seem like I was wasting her time. The place is new, clean, convenient and priced right. I recommend the customer service I received there and so far...the storage place overall.

The manager onsite is very disrespectful an rude she has no customer service skill or people skills she dont kow how to talk to people an she gives out misleading information

We have not actually placed anything into our new storage unit just yet but my review is based on initial impression and our on-boarding process.
Our organization was in need of climate-controlled storage in the area and our choices seemed limited. When we toured the newly open Store Space we were VERY impressed. The offices and storage units are all newly renovated and very nice. The office staff was very kind and patient with us as we worked through the options and there were no surprises. We have our keys and our code and are ready to move things in this weekend.

The gentleman helping me was very informative he helped me through the entire process without skipping a beat

While the prices are a bit higher you definitely get what you pay for... figured if you’re going to trust someone with your stuff might as well go with the best!

The facility is very clean, employees very nice helpful & knowledgeable. The level of security is great. I would recommend Store Space for anyone.
