I will start by saying there is not enough room to tell everyone all of the negative things about this company. I was a tenant in the Hamilton Ohio facility that they purchased in October 2019, since that time it has been nothing but lies, everything had come to a breaking point when I pointed out to the company that they were attempting to terminate leases ilegally, but that information was dismissed, so I kept paying the invoices sent to me, until 23 Sept. when 2 days after I paid the invoice for October I received an email demanding me to vacate by 30 Sept or the company would "Dispose" of my property that is when my attorney joined in, then the company decided to start the demo of my building with my unit in the mix, then enters a project manager who decides that he wants to try the intimidation route, I found this somewhat amusing this guy is definitely a telephone tough guy, he actually entered my space without my consent and bragged about it. He went as far as threatening to remove my property and was threatening to have me trespassed from the property and wanted me to get a court order to get my property, again my attorney brought it to their attention that they were operating in an illegal manner, I was finally able to get to my property and move shortly after OSHA had supposedly shut down the project. Not one person from this company has ever told me the truth about anything right down to the property manager. The property manager at my location even referred to her boss as the "colored guy" and evidently the company has just dismissed that. The only thing that this company cares about is your money and how much of it they can get. I have left a Google review that was hidden from public view in less than 1 week, a Facebook review was hidden in less than 24 hours, which begs the question what are they hiding? and why? If you are considering this company as a place to rent storage from, don't and if you are a current tenant at a property they just purchased, check your state law concerning lease termination. I have never seen a company that was run as unprofessional as this company. I am sure this review will probably be removed, check out my review on yelp for more of the story.

I have been going back and forth from my old house to new house this past 2 weeks and Mike at 3100 C street has been a blessing. When I say this is how customer service should be, Mike provided help for all my storage needs and just want to give him a great review because there’s not many people out there like him. 5 ⭐️s—2 👍 up—100% satisfied!!!

We called and was told there was a unit that would work for us backing in a boat. So we rented it over the phone. It was a relief because we had been searching and the new boat was coming soon.
We drove out the same day and there was no way to maneuver the boat into the unit so we called and cancelled the same day. (the guys at the facility told us they will tell you anything you want to hear because they have no idea what the unit and surroundings look like.)
This was August 12th. I have made four calls asking about my refund. I was told four times a district mgr. would call within 48 hours. Four times no one called. And why the heck do I need to talk to a district manager anyway? It is a simple refund, geez.
So today I called my bank to dispute the charge. Now I have to make the time to drive to the bank and sign the complaint.

They have no google page to read reviews. I'm sure on purpose. What legitimate and ethical company not have a Google page?

This company seems to be run in a very unethical way and I would steer clear of them,

I wish i could give the place negative stars on the review! The facility in beaumont, texas is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Not only did they invade my privacy the site manage john is completely rude! DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM TO STORE. They were undergoing repairs ans requested that i leave my only storage key with them to change the door on my storage. I was NOT comfortable with doing that and felt that it was absurd for me to give you my only key for a week. They reccommended that i just come up there, but the time conflicted with my school schedule. I send my husband to get something out of my store and they had cut off my lock and changed the door anyway and refused to show me video of the incident to make sure nothing was removed. I went off and in response they raised my rate. You will do better going to LIFE STORAGE!! STORE SPACE ARE CROOKS!!!!

Storage units are well lit and clean. Young lady that helped us with the paperwork was very helpful and found the closest storage space next to one of the entrances so I don’t have to walk a lot because of my foot problems. The customer service rep that initially took my call and reserved my storage unit was very professional and courteous. Such a pleasure to do business with.

I love how the climate controlled units are actually cold and not just lukewarm. The temperature inside was around 72° to 74° Fahrenheit. Camera systems in place around every corner and best of all there are two large rolling furniture carts in the entrance so that my boxes can be transported with ease. I went back to the storage AFTER work hours to begin storing my stuff. Had no issues with using my entry code the SAME day.

Setting up an account online was very easy. I like the convenience of paying my bill online and changing my payment method if the need arises. Online payment systems allow me to do this. Saved $10 a month and got a free month when I signed up. No contract either. Can’t beat that. Will definitely recommend this place.

the mens restroom is disgusting the toilet set is broke off and crap every where.

I have been well pleased so far there are a lot of changes happening at my current location curious how things will unfold I have ranked you four stars 5 maybe in the future.

The worst experience in a storage unit I ever had dealing with the people and no one knowing the right answers to any questions and your web site not explaining things properly just very disappointed with this company. The other company did make it right though .

Shamecia and Patricia were extremely helpful. I feel like my valuables will be safe and secure. And, I do like the location because it is convenient and located where there is a lot of police presence.

I have tried to cancel my rental within 24 hours of renting the property, however they would not allow me to get my money back.

The Door says 24 hour access available and 6am- 10pm Everyday Access, this is a complete lie.They give you a code for no reason, the only time you can use the code is during office hours and after the office is closed they put a lock on the gate ...so you can't use either door .. i left work early just to get her before 7 and they close at 4 today

I had the most awesome and wonderful experience from the time Sandra help me pick out my storage. She was so helpful all the way and all my needs of the storage were met at a wonderful price.
