No problem, warranty right?
Not so much. Contacted HiFuture more than 5 times as directed, no response.
Nice looking and cool product but absolutely no customer service.
A product is only worth as much as reasonable customer support and or service.
HiFuture offers no support rendering their products valueless.
Buy from companies that support their products.

Paid for a watch and they didn't have the color I wanted and they offered to send me a color I would never wear and I tried a few times to get them to send me another watch and I was ghosted.. poor form-

My order was never sent out, and there's no communication from the seller. Trying to get a refund now.

Terrible service and non delivery
* Ordered and paid for a FutureMate on March 18th.
* A week later (25th March) a message from HiFuture that the color is out of stock.
* I suggested an alternative one the same day.
* Again a week later (April 1st) not any reply.
Is this the brand HiFuture wants to live? Very sad!

I purchased the Hi Future Go Pro watch from one of their agents.
I purchased as I liked the up to 20 day usage. However after I purchased the box it came in states up to 15 days. I sent a message via Facebook Messenger and also an email to try and find out why this one showed 15 days but no response

Eine tolle Uhr
Sehr schnelle Lieferung, nicht mal eine Woche hat es gedauert, und die Uhr war da...sie funktioniert, mal sehen wie lange...die gleiche Uhr kaufte ich in März auf Tenereiffa, leider war die schon nach 4 Wochen kaputt..,leider sind wir wieder in Deutschland...hatten ja Garantie, deshalb entschloss ich mich sie wieder zu kaufen
So eine schnelle Abwicklung hätte ich nie gedacht, würde ich 100% weiterempfehlen👍👍👍Top
