I bought an Aegis Legend 5 that quit working in under 90 days. I contacted Geekvape who had me send them my defective device in exchange for a replacement under warranty. I eventually get a notification from USPS that the replacement Geekvape sent was found to bear counterfeit postage and the package had been seized as a result. Google “counterfeit postage Geekvape” and you’ll see I’m not the only one this has happened to. I’m going to have to file a chargeback with my credit card company as they haven’t been able to offer me a solution in a timely manner. This is the definition of a scam company.

The package of coils arrived in perfect condition. The coils are exactly as anticipated. The shipping provider contacted me prior to delivery to ensure they left the package exactly where I wanted. They arrived safely and were left where I requested.

They list out of stock items and then say it will be available after paying in 1-3 months not 3-5 day delivery. They are inconsistent and poor customer service and fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Don’t care what their logistic problems are. Broken promises. So contesting charges and will spend my money elsewhere. Promised 3-5 day delivery back in November promised but almost Christmas now and zero zilch delivery. Again your logistics problem is not mine. Charge again disputed for broken promises .With all the restrictions on vaping I would think that they would want to be the overall the best of the best. Nope they are getting the reputation of the worst of the worst. I will never buy any GeekVape products after using their mods since 2020 only, nope never again. Again contesting the charge since promised one thing not this B.S. Again read all their reviews and you will see mainly the reviews are one star and just robbing the customer.

I placed my order on Nov 29, it is now Dec. 11 and I still havent received a tracking email, so I went on-site to find out it hasnt even shipped. Come to find out they told me my coils I ordered were clearly marked "pre-order" when in fact they were not, they were "in-stock" as it said when I clicked it and as I have screenshots of with my order confirmation. I am being avoided except for 1 email they sent me that said I would recieve a response post vacation within 3 days, what does that even mean? Its the 10th, whos on vacation? I cant get an answer in the chat as it says 24/7 and then says to me no one is online at the time. I cant even get a refund going and what sucks the most is, I thought I ordered in plenty of time before id run out of coils. Im just going to quit, im tired of stores always having the mods, tanks and juice and NEVER having the coils. As for these reviews, its clear there are (i believe) "fake reviews" which are all the positive reviews and then the real reviews which are the negative reviews because there's no way this company is legit after what ive read. Someone on here stating theyre dealing with the same horrible CS as I am except they've been dealing with it since early September till the present, they still havent had their issue resolved. At this point I want a refund and I will never use their products again. Sad because I love my mod and my tank but what good is it without the stupid coils! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Update: Very same night: to prove how they operate and lie, Ive read many other reviews saying once they "complained about the horrible customer service or not having recieved a tracking number and would ask to cancel their order, magically they'd receive a tracking number. We'll thats what has happened now (magically) yet I've talked to no one directly about my issue, all I did yesterday was leave this review of how much they lie and suck and magically within hours I get an email that they suddenly in the middle of the night "been shipped" which is 100% BULLSH*T!. They havent shipped anything and I won't receive anything because they have nothing to ship. They lie on their website about what's in-stock so you'll buy and then they gaslight you saying "it was clearly marked pre-order" when it was definitely NOT! I know because thats why I went to their website because I was having issues finding them in stock from other 3rd party distributors. Now I will not be able to or they will not allow me to cancel (even if I wanted to, everytime I go on their chat to talk to someone, I get the response "we are not available" yet its a so-called 24/7 help chat (BS)! This has been the common theme amongst the complaints I've read from people who have ordered from this degenerate company. Theyre thugs at best. You are better off to order it again from somewhere else, NEVER AGAIN FROM GEEK VAPE! I absolutely despise this kind of curruption from a business!

Beware Ordering from this site! I made a purchase “Not Pre-Order” and expected my purchase to arrive in 5 to 10 business days! My Purchase date was September 02 2025! Nothing was mentioned about preorder or out of stock for my purchase at time of Order. No mention on site at all that items were out of stock anywhere. The site processed my order and said shipping would be 1 to 5 days…Anyways I contacted Customer Service via Chat and Email inquiring where my order was on the 10th day after giving a few extra days for the process. I wasnt answered within 3 days so I sent another message and finally was answered 2 days later A total of 15 days without any correspondence from Geek Vape. Needless to say….they replied that the items were out of stock and should have stock back in at end of October Beginning of November. I contacted back end of October…With my Order # and it took 1 week for response and was then told through email and chat that it was a preorder purchase and should be in stock late end of October to mid November and they were waiting for Manufacture to catch up on back orders to fulfilled the out of stock items in WAREHOUSE. So I waited again and Contacted mid November and was replied 1 week later after 3 more chat messages and 2 more emails that….Half the order was in WAREHOUSE and they wanted me to wait until Mid to end of December to ship whole order or change the out of stock item to something else which I did not want to do but if I wanted to have half the purchased items sent now that they would charge an extra $5 to ship the out of stock item late if I didn’t want to wait.They asked for me to respond to the message as soon as possible with what I wanted to do about the order…Fair enough I figured…So I responded to the message to go ahead and send what they have available in WAREHOUSE now and I’ll wait for other item or they can refund me the amount and to ship the other item at NoCharge..(because they wanted to charge an additional $5 If I didn’t want to wait for whole order and only wanted partial order! Needless to say…. I responded on Saturday and again on Sunday of this week December 01 2025 via email and chat….to go ahead and ship what they have now and send other item later at no cost or refund for the other item….As of December 04 2025 I still have not heard back from my last reply to their message….I may also say…I am a very patient person and understand out of stock items…but seriously though…..I ordered on September 02 2025 and it’s now December 04 2025 and nothing yet…I basically Ordered a fair priced Digi Q Vista Vape and a couple of refill cartridges to go with it. Anyways…I’m about to call it quits…I’ve read other reviews here and I’m starting to believe that the Customers that say,”Everything is good and everything went fine are posted by Employees or made up accounts and I’ll tell you why…It’s because Geek Vape won’t respond to negative comments with any apologies. From what I’ve read they only reply to Good reviews. If you’re thinking about Purchasing anything from this site…Beware of doing so..I think it’s a scam at this point and I’m sure you will find my Review very useful! Good Luck and remember…Most people will just move on and not say much…But with reviews like this maybe others won’t go through such Negative Experiences as I have..Take care and Beware!!! One more thing…I’ll let you know an Update on my situation as soon as I can so as of December 04 2025 I’ve not yet received my order and have been given the runaround since September 02 2025…
