The staff have been wonderful, very friendly and helpful as I organised the shed from interstate and they made it so easy for my son to access for me.

Outstanding overall!
Lease cost is very reasonable if not cheap, very accommodating staff that also explained to us clearly how the lease and the facility works and the way the facility is built and well-secured is just outstanding. I can feel and see how well secured my stuff are! Will go again to them if ever I have storage need again!

Employing someone from different background.
I believe name error is common particularly people from Africa and Middle East. One way to improve that is:
1-employing some one from that culture
2- give current staff training about culture of people who are from Middle East and Africa
3- staff can also learn a lot from google nowadays about culture and names.
