The staff have been wonderful, very friendly and helpful as I organised the shed from interstate and they made it so easy for my son to access for me.

Good but became too expensive
Rate increases are very steep and I've tried to renegotiate my contract but they don't want to come to terms. Good place to store goods but the increases have become to much especially with the cost of living the way it is.

Don’t think it’s fair you pay up front…
Don’t think it’s fair you pay up front but if you only use it for 2 weeks you don’t get a refund. Then I’m told make sure it’s clean and we rent it out again double dipping.

Awesome staff and accommodating
Staff were very pleasant and found a good way to accommodate me, easily helped clear up any confusion and helped with explaining hour the storage centre worked.
