I placed an order and they contacted me after to let me know the tile wasn’t actually in stock as they had indicated on their website and when I ordered samples. They refunded my payment, but it would have been nice to know when I ordered the samples that they were never going to be able to produce the tile.

I ordered tile 12x12 and after about a week I was told there was only 12x24 in stock. I took the 12x24 but was not refunded the difference.

The tile I ordered was gorgeous and very much resembled the pictures on your website. As well, the order was delivered promptly and in good condition.

I ordered the Bella White Honed Marble Tile; they sent me a full size 18x18 sample. The tiles are beautiful, exactly what I wanted. A few arrived damaged and my rep (Iselda) responded quickly and replaced them within a week. Excellent product and customer service.

Love the tile and the selection. The shipping rate is great if you have a large order, but I think it's too much for a small order.

Stone Tile Depot did great, until the delivery ended up at the bottom of our driveway. One delivery scheduled for that day, waited to deliver until the next day because of the risk of ruining the tile.

My husband had to transport the tile from the bottom of our driveway to the house - it was not a small task as our drive way is a significant uphill.

Then, when we complained, the company did nothing to make it right. Did not even refund the shipping. Absolutely left a bitter taste in our mouth.

The representative I talked to was very nice and very knowledgeable. I was impressed with the quality of my marble tile and really impressed with the price and it did not take me long to get it shipped to me.

My tile arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. Definitely high quality operation.

I've renovated 3 houses and this was my first experience with Tile Depot. There was an issue with shipping such that the order was placed at the foot of my driveway, hundreds of yards from my house. I had to load hundreds of pounds of tile in to my car and transporting it the rest of the way to my house. Thankfully I am of an age and fitness level I was able to complete the task. Further, the tile was placed unmarked and was a hazard for others trying to enter my driveway (UPS driver almost ran over the tile before I was able to move it). When contacted about the issue, the company told me they do not deliver "to a specific room" and that in their opinion, they fulfilled the delivery requirements. Given they all carry similar inventories, I'd recommend shopping at any other tile outlet available.

Ordered six samples of a tile, then created a large order based on those samples. The large order that arrived was a different tile. We ordered a matte tile and the ones received were shiny with a completely different pattern. They would not acknowledge they were different or exchange them for the correct tile.. They did come and pickup the tile but after 2 weeks and several emails, they never sent the refund. I had a file a dispute with my CC.

My tile is beautiful. Shipping and delivery was a breeze.
