I wanted otems cancelled but they sent them anyway. Had to wait 2 weeks for a return label and had to carry this heavy item to a fedx store. Never ordering again

The worse customer service ever
The worse customer service ever. I placed and order, made the down payment and received a letter 3 days later that said it could not be processed. I sent an email and asked about my refund when I finally got a response I was told that my card wasn't charged. I sent a screenshot and was then told that my money will be refunded. Waited again and still no money so I sent another email and was told that I will receive a check thru the mail. I let them know I didn't pay with a check so I wanted to get my deposit the same way I paid it. I finally got someone in customer service and got hung up on the first time. The 2and time the lady told me they just sent a check (that fast) for my refund amount and she also said they could couldn't cancel it and pay me on my card. Now when I was telling her that I was told I couldn't get it back on my card she said that wasn't true. It's a bull crap company. They will take your money! Do not waste your time

First off I would like to say that all of the people leaving 1-2 star reviews did NOT read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS. It clearly states on there how much the shipping and handling will be (it's based off of how much your order subtotal is.) Yes, the quality can be bad at times, but no company is perfect. And YES YOU DO HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING EVEN IF you return the item because they still had to pay postage to ship it to you(along with $6.95-7.95 to send it back.) And for those of you saying that they shipped it to the wrong address, please just have them double check your shipping address before you tell them it's okay to place the order. If the package does get shipped to the wrong address, just call in and BE POLITE to the customer service rep because then they will do everything they can to help you. It was most likely the mail-carrier's fault for taking it to the wrong place, not the companies. If you're rude to the customer service rep then they will NOT want to talk to you. Just remember that IF YOU DON'T WANT TO TALK TO THEM, THEY WON'T WANT TO TALK TO YOU!
Shipping costs: THEY DON'T CARE HOW EXPENSIVE YOU THINK THE SHIPPING COSTS ARE--- if you don't like the shipping costs, then DON'T ORDER! They'll do just fine without you.
Next, just because of the fact that you "have been a customer for # of years" DOES NOT MATTER. If you don't pay your bills on time, then you get a late fee and that is that. This company does not help grow your credit, nor do they have a physical credit card anymore. They give you a rough estimate of a credit limit based off of your household income. YOU ARE PRE-APPROVED FOR A CERTAIN AMOUNT--- UNTIL FINAL CREDIT APPROVAL (which can and will change your credit limit based off of household income, etc.)!! Once you place an order, the credit department determines whether or not you need to make a down-payment (down-payments are normal, DON'T YELL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE just because you have to make a down payment... it's not their fault), if it gets cancelled, or if it ships out. The monthly payment number that you see IS JUST AN ESTIMATE--- IT CAN CHANGE! (as it says in the Terms & Conditions)
Next: Returning Items - Returns can take between 4-5 weeks during busy season, and 2-3 weeks during their normal season. Then you will be reimbursed for the order subtotal, and then you still owe them for shipping.
When you order something, keep in mind that they only ship on business days, so Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (before 12:00 p.m.) And to all the people saying they stole your money, they really didn't, you just don't understand how the system works.
To the people saying that you didn't order something and it got shipped to you: NEWS FLASH, you did order it, you probably just don't remember. If you really didn't order it then you probably gave someone your account info which wasn't smart.
TO THE PEOPLE COMPARING THEM TO AMAZON: they are NOT a trillion dollar company, they WILL NOT have free shipping unless there is a promo code out. If you love Amazon, then just order from them instead.
One more thing for the people that call in yelling and swearing: That is NOT GOING TO HELP YOU GET YOUR WAY AT ALL. Just be patient and polite and the CSR will help you! And if someone tells you they aren't able to do something, they really CAN'T, they ARE NOT lazy.
Seriously, read the TERMS AND CONDITIONS before you get mad next time.

I ordered a heated mattress pad as a Christmas gift. I had it shipped directly to the recipient. They still have not received it. I can't locate it and when I called Stoneberry (MARTHA or MARSHA) was RUDE, unhelpful and basically told me that it's not her problem and here isn't a thing they can do. I received a bill for an item the recipient never received. Do not order from this scam of a company. I will be filing a grievance with the BBB. This is theft.

They must not want new business. Applied for credit. I didn’t hear anything so I called them. I was told to call back in 2 days. Called back and they said I was approved. The catch is I had to SNAIL MAIL them a money order for the down payment. The items I wanted were Christmas presents and there was not enough time to do so and get my order in time. They make it very difficult for the customer and makes me question the fact that they are a legitimate business.

Horrible Customer service! BAD BUSINESS!! The many conveniences associated with "online" shopping DO NOT APPLY here and will cause you more time, money, stress and grief than you can possibly imagine! You will place an order (on 11/18/19 to be exact) to then be informed (a month after your receipt of "order confirmation") that the items are "no longer available"... orders are damaged incorrect, IF EVER RECEIVED... order 2 of a specific item and only receive one, then when you call you are informed the remaining item is on back order and should be available in another 4 weeks?!?!? WHAT A JOKE!
They charge your account for things you don't approve and when you call they say it's a "glitch" in their system! Not the point and what if I wouldn't have caugh it?! Scam after Scam! DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH STONEBERRY!

Be very careful when purchasing items on one of the 4 websites associated with Stoneberry. They charge your Stoneberry account and it puts you over your limit. I have tried for 2 days to get them to charge the correct account. No luck, getting hold of a "real" person is impossible too. I was told that I am not being charged a fee for being over my limit. Not the point, I was charged on the wrong account. I was told it is a glitch, really?? How about they just fix there system.

Excellent customer service! Ken was very helpful and patient with me while i looked for my order number; he also gave me a very good discount which made me a very happy camper. I've ordered from Stoneberry in the past; numerous times because i love their quality products; this is a good company in my opinion; overall i am very satisfied with doing business with them. Great job.

I just tried to order sheets. By the time I was done with their survey. I was not allowed to complete my order unless I ordered a magazine. Then went to the reviews. Threw that catalog right in the trash !!!
NOT user friendly policy
We ordered 2 items. One called a heavy duty extra large dog crate. It is flimsy and won't stay up. It is NOT extra large. The second one was a 2-piece bathroom set that came out amid several bits of loose carpet material. Thinking it was just poor packing procedures we put it down. It is very small compared to pictures, VERY thin and that carpeting material? It came from the product which is falling apart and leaves dye on wet feet. Since it's a red product it looks like someone's leavibg bloody footprints. Very disturbing event.
Trying to return and cancel this, they want us to pay to ship them back.

I ordered the items on December 29th 2018 and Called about 4 times to confirm there was no issue and that I could expect my order to be sent out. I was told all 4 times that everything was good I could expect my items withing 2weeks besides what maybe on back order ... I went to view status this morning and with out contact or forwarding they cancelled my order on the 1/7/2019. I contacted them and was only told I need to speak to this dept then transferred to another and another only to be hung up on after 80mins of holding. I need some answers so i know this is a legit company.

I have bought a few things from here, normally have no problem but I have been trying for 2 weeks to get a problem resolved with a tv/dvd player and they aren't any help at all. I've been put on hold for up to 26 minutes waiting for a resolution only to get hung up on. I am done with these people..and the customer service supervisor wasn't very pleasant.

I had a perfect account, I live in Florida, and in a Mfg home and it was lost in Irma, then laid off from my job as a direct reflection from the hurricane.
I caught my account up, paid accordingly and then paid it off.
I notified them as such. I recently wanted to purchase some kitchen items and they wanted 100 percent up front!
I have been back to work and the purchase was only 200.00 dollars!
They said because I was out of work, even though it was a hurricane, they couldn't grant me credit.
These people OVERCHARGE terribly, and then insult you...and I stayed in contact.
I wouldn't reccomend them to ANYONE!
