I wanted otems cancelled but they sent them anyway. Had to wait 2 weeks for a return label and had to carry this heavy item to a fedx store. Never ordering again

In the advertisement it clearly shows lighthawk neon mini and says lighthawk neon mini, but threr selling the lighthawk neon micro mini totally different drone, it's way smaller and a peice of crap.. I keep sending emails to get a return label and I keep getting the same emails over and over...
Bad Choice
To make a point don't do business with Stoneberry. I got approved for $1,000.00 and after making 4 purchases 2 recliner chairs and 2 floor rugs. One of the chairs was priced at $359.99 and they charged me $584.35 difference of $$224.36. Then as I made my monthly payments I noticed the interest amounts changed every month. EX: payment $100 interest $10.30 & payment $50 interest $9 & payment $60 interest $18.55 & payment $60 interest $17.62 and other payments so I have spent a total of $145.78

A few days ago I was approved for credit with Stoneberry. But when they did a hard credit check it caused my credit score to go down 88 points! I'm really pissed about this. I was approved for credit, but it wasn't worth lowering my score that much! That's not really a good
impression being a new customer! If I knew it was a hard credit check, I wouldn't had applied, due to the fact it stays on your credit for 2 years!

Well.....after hours of trying to convince Stoneberry, taking to both nice, and very RUDE reps, including a supervisor who hung up, and another who refused to talk with us, I warn you against making a purchase from this company. They messed up the order, badly, sent to wrong person, wrong city, and they still want us to pay, as well as reorder, so we can pay more, and they will sent a "paper to sign" which "takes weeks" to resolve. One supervisor stated they do this for "all there customers with incorrect orders", so it IS frequent! There is NO resolution. We will NOT reorder (to double the bill). I feel bad for my grandchild who wont get those toys. My wife is ill and not able to readily go out to shop, sooo...? Oh well, Stonebberry couldn't care less. IF YOU ORDER FROM STONEBERRY, YOU TAKE YOUR CHANCES ON BAD BUSINESS!
I'm done with this company
I'm done with this company. Ordered products weeks ago and they never showed up. Each time I reach out to their customer service team, they are completely worthless and just tell me to wait another week to see if items show up. This order was over $500! Their items are overpriced and cheaply made anyway so they won't be getting any more of my money.

The ordering, purchasing part of stoneberry was fine...however when you try to CLOSE your account? Good luck. They'll lie to you pass you around to different departments and you'll hang up without getting anything done. I had an employee say the account wasn't under my name, lie, my address -another lie, and couldn't look up my account by my SSN...odd since the next person asked me to verify this information and it was correct. I think they must fire the employees after they close an account because what other reason would they be so unwilling to help. Work on your customer service people, it stinks.

Absolutely the worst so called Company! Bought a TV, the remote stopped working! Called them and was told they had none to send! Ridiculous paying this much for a TV, and no remote to replace the crap they sent! If it wasn't for my Credit, I wouldn't even finish paying them! If I had my way I'd choose a negative 10 stars! Ordered a pair of shoes. The job by the time I got them ended, tried them on, didn't fit and back in the box they went. As soon as my car was back from the shop, my son needed it because his broke down. So, I placed the box in my car, he was to mail them back. Well, I found out a couple months later, the box was in the car! So, I got my car back, took them to the posy office and paid return shipping.
I still owe them now, 108 dollars for interest for the months they sat in the box, in my car. They say I ordered perfume too. I do not wear perfume due to my son's hydrocarbon inhalation injury. So, I guess they can kiss my ass. I do not owe them ANYTHING.

I have been dealing with stoneberry for a few years now and was never disappointed but recently every time I look for a shirt or something they are out of my size. Its been a month now and they still don't have it in my size and its like who does the inventory.
AVAILABLE BALLANCE DONT MEAN A DAMN THING
I have been a customer with stoneberry a couple years. Always paid on time. My last order was for a tablet. My account shows plenty of ( AVAILABLE BALLANCE) When checking order status it said they needed a down payment that was more than 50% of the price of the tablet.customer service said they can do that at their discretion. My discretion is not to pay them and let them send my bill to collections. SCREW STONEBERRY!!!

My grandma bought a phone from them only for it to be faulty and not work so she sent it back and paid shipping and handling. Now stoneberry has been calling her nonstop saying she has not paid shipping and handling and they will start to target her credit score and send her bills until she pays it well she has a receipt showing she paid it but they said she's a liar and now continues to call her at 7-8am daily telling her to pay her debt or they won't stop calling her to wake her up I've tried to help her but they said they will get their money regardless. I highly recommend not going thru them as they will harass you over money that was paid and if they continue to harass my grandmother legal action will be taken so I recommend buying thru anyone but these guys

I've been a good customer ,payed on time. Did have trouble with in the past with payment. It was my bank card issue. But thing was ok after that. I move to a New location and 31/2 years later. I try to order something to see if I was still with as I still get their catlog ever 3 months. I was told that I have to pay half of the payment. I was like hey what happened... She's maybe it because you haven't ordered from us in a while. The credit department has to see if you still approved. Wow ... That's not all.... I just not waste my time and fingers to type all this . Not a happy customer.
This company charged a direct exspess…
This company charged a direct exspess card that was used to make a down payment of $57 this charged happened around 10/20/2020 the purchase was pretty much canceled within several mon after it was placed. And although the account holder has requested that the money be refunded to the card it was charged from this company has yet to do so. The attempts to request a refund has been numerous. To date a simple request where it should have been refunded immediately. As the order was never shipped out and the charge was taken from the debit card of another. This has been what seems to be impossible to resolve through normal procedures. The reason I believe one should beware of this company. And after speaking to costumer services. It's only become more clearer that I may never receive the refund I'm due.

As I am reading their policy on credit limit increases t hey state a customer is eligible for an increase twice a year. I have had an account with them since September and never missed a payment and always pay more than minimum. But I have yet to see an increase of my credit limit. So my limit is still the same
