Besvarelse fra Steve's Goods
Hello Evan, I apologize for the inconvenience. Monday was a holiday, and my mother was visiting on Friday, which is why it took a couple of days to ship. But if you don't include the weekend, it only took 1 extra business day (Friday), not 2 weeks.
Please consider changing this review, as it negatively affects my business.
P.S. expedited shipping is how fast the USPS ships a package, not how fast I ship your package.
Thank you,
Steve

The concentrate I purchased was not up to par with their usual quality. It did not taste as good and the consistency was like butter. The shatter is cheaper and way better.

Besvarelse fra Steve's Goods
Hello Reeferman,
I've been making my award-winning concentrates since 2016. I have not changed my recipe, nor have I used cheaper CBD. I have stayed true to my quality.
I'm happy to offer you an exchange, but a 1-star review negatively affects my business.
You did say you previously enjoyed it, so wouldn't that warrant at least a 3-star review?
Please contact me so we can give you a free gram of shatter for not being up to par.
Thanks,
Steve
