Impressive service
Both the manager and the sales rep Scott Jarvie were attentive, efficient and highly professional in assisting us with purchasing all furnishings for a new 2 bedroom home. I was particularly impressed with Scott’s knowledge and the accuracy with which he captured a complex order first time.

Poor aftersales service, expensive sofa broke quickly.
Really disappointed in aftersales service. I paid almost £2k for a two seater electric recliner. About 10 months later it stopped working, stuck in the up position, annoyingly. After much back and forth a technician is coming out to look at it - i reported the fault 13th June and the technician will be out 12th August. An entire month with sofa stuck up is pretty poor service, especially for what they bill as a luxury reliable product. Two stars because staff in the shop are helpful but afterservice has been poor and the product itself very quick to breakdown.
Edit - Sterling have replied to say that they are waiting for parts. This is wrong, the parts have been delivered to my house already. Frankly, customer service doesnt seem to know whats going on.

We appreciate that a fault occurring after only 10 months is disappointing, particularly for a product that is expected to provide long-term comfort and reliability. We also understand how inconvenient it has been to have your furniture not functioning properly. We can see that a visit from the inspector was arranged quickly however, we are waiting on the replacement parts which is causing this disappointing delay.
Whilst we're pleased to hear that our showroom team have been helpful and supportive, we have taken your comments regarding the after sales service on board and we understand your frustration at having to wait on the parts. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
We appreciate your patience while this matter is being resolved and hope that the technician's visit on 12 August with the parts will allow us to have your chair working fully again.

We went in looking at sofas and suites
We went in looking at sofas and suites. Elaine Fern came over to ask if we needed any help but, we didn’t at that point. We did ask some questions about the sofa we were looking at, she was able to answer our questions easily, with great knowledge of the product. However, when we did require help Elaine was able to assist us with ease, she left us to decide between two sofas. When we had decided which one, again Elaine was there to speak to us about prices, as well as all options to pay. She was friendly but definitely not pushy at all. Gave us plenty of time to consider and decide. Lovely lady, hang onto her, don’t always get sales people like her, worth her weight in gold. Hopefully delivery of goods will be as good as the service from Elaine. Thank you Elaine.

I had a fantastic experience at Sterling Home Furniture\. Lauren Grant was excellent from start to finish\. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to talk me through the different options without making me feel rushed or under any pressure\. She answered all my questions and made the whole sales process easy and enjoyable, helping me choose the perfect chair\.
I’d also like to mention the manager, who was equally helpful\. We ended up staying a little after closing while the paperwork was completed, and it was never made to feel like an inconvenience\. They were patient, professional, and even helped us get the chair into the car before we left\.
Excellent customer service all round\. Lauren and the team are a real credit to Sterling Home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Very happy with my new sofas. All staff I dealt with were helpful and friendly from sales point to delivery. Furniture was ready earlier than expected however it was no problem to store it until I was ready for delivery.
