Excellent service in-store and delivery.
Excellent in-store advice and service, prompt delivery (and we were kept informed about dates and times) and exceptional delivery service. Paid a little extra for full assembly and removal of all the packaging, but 100% worth it. The guys were excellent, friendly and efficient.

Michael the Sales Manager is our go to, we really trust him as he is so knowledgeable and he is super helpful when it comes to making the right decisions, your never rushed or pushed towards a particular brand he also has a very welcoming and friendly approach. There’s nowhere else that offers the same level of customer service, although personally I prefer the old layout in the stores, please don’t make my more ‘big’ changes in-store as it’s already lost some of its signature & much loved ‘Sterling’ look.

Carpet fitting rescheduled- not met
Called 4 hours later onthe day of fitting only to be offered sincere apologies etc
Then told of factory issues/delivery/hiccups in the warehouse etc. Please, I’m not too angry about the fitting times as I was working from home but could see it be an issue for some. but just ke me in the loop.
And don’t tell stories to cover up the truth- just tell the truth, no excuses required!

While delays can sometimes occur, we completely agree that keeping customers informed is essential, and we clearly failed to do that in your case.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the explanations you were given. Honest and timely communication is something we strive for, and we're disappointed that this wasn't your experience.
We understand that, although you were able to work from home, the lack of updates and missed appointment could have caused significant inconvenience.
