Really wonderful customer service, especially from both members of staff in the bedroom furniture department of the Glasgow branch. Couldn’t have been any more helpful. Fantastic service and quality products
Went in to the Uddingston store and got brilliant service from Sharon. She took time to understand what we needed and what type of carpet would suit best. She didn’t rush us and was very patient. And a shout out to Lauren who looked after us on another day we were in. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to Bruce at Uddingston Branch!
I purchased a new suite and have had the most amazing service.
Firstly, I wont dwell on the horrendous experience I had with Jamie at the Rutherglen branch and I hope he has now left and found somewhere that he is actually happy to be working at. Thank you to Andy the store manager for his lovely email.
That experience led me to meeting Bruce at the Uddingston branch and everything went uphill from there. Bruce was absolutely amazing. He was like a friend who genuinely wanted to help me. He was really great to deal with and when I left the store my mum who was with me said she had really enjoyed herself and I was the same - we genuinely enjoyed our shopping experience with Bruce - and even the other staff in that branch were great.
I then changed my mind about a couple of things over the next few days - but Bruce was great and it was no trouble to make these amendments. I would always return to that branch now for furniture and always recommend Bruce as well. Thank you Bruce! You are a fantastic ambassador for Sterling and a genuinely lovely person. I really appreciated everything you done for me.
Today I got delivery of my suite. The amazing customer service didn't stop with Bruce! David & John arrived and first thing that was done was my floor was covered to protect and keep clean. I have never experienced customer service like this from any delivery ever. They were incredible and told me to step aside as they were going to sort everything and leave the house as they found it with all the rubbish. They were so lovely - and so funny - and even put my new rug in place. They kept making sure I was happy.
Sterling Home - you have the best staff (apart from Jamie at Rutherglen) You really do and I will always recommend Bruce at Uddingston and if any customers are lucky enough to get David and John as their delivery drivers you are in for a treat as they will also deliver a first class service.
Thank you Bruce for everything - and thank you David & John! I am delighted with it all!

I had to cancel my order unfortunately it was handled very well and within the 3day option to return! Betsy was really helpful in the store. I received my refund for my deposit within days!

Hi, Ordered our carpet in November, had to get the decorator in first, so they held onto our carpet until I confirmed that, the carpet could go down.
Carpet delivered today, carpet fitter called to confirm it would be today, and then called to say they were on their way. The service from start to finish, has been excellent

Poor quality furniture
Poor quality furniture , the furniture we have had delivered is not of the same quality as the showroom. We have very loses fitting covers which looks terrible there specialist came out and agreed the was not the way it should be then reported that it was fine . Apparently we have to dress the fabric the make it look the same as the showroom so this would be every hour . After popping in to the showroom snd asking sales staff about this they said the cloth would not go saggy as i posed as a new customer when i showed the pictures there attitude changed. Im am disappointed in there after sales service and think i have no other option than involving trading standards.

Lovely new sofa
I love my new sofa thank you. The communication was fantastic from start to finish.
I received a text to confirm my 3 hour time slot and the guys came well within this time. Spoke us through which route/way they wanted to bring the sofa into the house and did so promptly and without any damage to my walls and doors.
They built it for me and took away all the rubbish leaving my house spotless.
Uddingston store is fantastic & I love to visit here any time I need things for the house. Has a great flooring department too and the best rug gallery I have seen which I will be purchasing my rug from soon. Thank you again.

Bruce was an amazing help
Bruce approached us a few minutes after we arrived and started looking at a sofa. He was helpful but most importantly, he gave us the information we needed then told us his name and left us alone. We didn’t feel pressured and as a result we spent approximately £8000 as a result. Angie was also helpful when we were buying a bed too.
