StepsWeb is a good programme. we use it for our lower end an vulnerable students. What would be good if it went 3-4 levels higher as we have some capable but vulnerable students working StepsWeb.

I have always found the team at StepsWeb to be super helpful. All questions and purchases are dealt with quickly and efficiently

I rang to gain assistance for the renewal of our subscription. Prior to this I had accidentally deleted our school. The staff were most helpful and were able to fix this error and reinstate our school. Many thanks to your team for the speed in which they recovered our school and had us back on-line.

Prompt fast service with secure online payment meant I could receive my product immediately.

This is an amazing program for children who are experiencing difficulty with spelling and learning to read. The program is intuitive and easy to navigate making it easy for a child use independently. Whilst the activities are game based and engaging there are no nasty pop ups or side bar activities to distract children. I have seen amazing results with the students I tutor. I highly recommend this program to parents, teachers and tutors.

StepsWeb is easy to use for both students and educators. We love the fact that it is from our fabulous country, New Zealand, too.

The akonga are able to access and work through the programme independently most of the time. As an educator, I like being able to access and interpret akonga progress and reports easily.

This experience is simply a part of the whole Steps experience.......
( I have used Steps since 2007 I think, when you partnered with Kip McGrath) Your years of experience in this industry have, I believe, given you the edge where literacy is concerned. Your knowledge is phenomenal Ros and you have, of course continued to grow this to develop a truly awesome product! David has done an amazing job with developing the software. Every year we have seen an increase of activities available on-line, as well as the development of the workbooks, games and then on to the webinars which support (and are supported by) all of the materials available for information, testing etc etc (under Support). Requests/questions are always dealt with quickly by any one of a number of helpful and knowledgeable members of your team.
Steps, of course, balances perfectly with BSLA or Structured Literacy now being introduced in New Zealand. (Whilst some might applaud this 'new approach', I am delighted that the 'powers that be' have finally realised that a phonological approach is the only one that makes sense, and that Steps can be woven in, in various ways.)
All in all, I can't give this programme enough praise! I have really enjoyed using Steps in different situations through the years, and I wish that that I was better able to make the most of Step's full potential where I currently work. However there are nevertheless many children benefiting. Thank you! Keep up the great work.

I am new at my job and I had to renew our subscription. I had no idea what to do but I had last years invoice, so I rang the number and spoke to a very nice lady who helped me to subscribe again. She talked me through it and then sent through all the information I needed to know.

This programme is fabulous. Has helped my child so much. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

Stepsweb is great!
My son is 9 and dyslexic, he uses stepsweb every day, and the workbooks that go with it. It was recommended to us by a learning support teacher at his school . At times he finds it challenging but he is able to use it by himself now. It is very well structured and organised. I can see that his writing and spelling are improving so it is well worth the price.

Always so helpful and it's great to see StepsWeb so willingly taking on feedback. A wonderful resource that helps enhance the literacy skills of all learners that engage in the program.

StepsWeb are really responsive to customer queries and present a dynamic product that caters well for NZ student needs. It aligns well with the NZC, is engaging for students without losing integrity of intent. I love that there is room to tailor the programme to meet needs while also being able to rely on it running itself.

I enjoy the fact that students enjoy StepsWeb as part of their learning programme. They like the variety and my teachers like the repetition in such a variety of ways!
The 0800 number is very useful to discuss HOW to tweak things to suit us - and Roz and Claire are always helpful in explaining why StepsWeb does it that way.

Appreciate the programme, the improvements & focus my students have, the improvements over the time I’ve used it, the ease of access, & the great customer support.
