Very fair priced, the team were professional Nothing was a problem for him. They went far and beyond is definitely recommend and I must say it was very good value for money I would’ve paid a lot more to get a service how it was

We’re disappointed to read this, as it’s both misleading and does not reflect what actually happened.
You contacted us at very short notice, and due to existing bookings we were unable to accommodate your move. This was communicated clearly at the time, and no service was ever carried out.
Describing us as “the worst company” based purely on unavailability — rather than any actual service experience — is unfair and inaccurate. Our team works hard to deliver a high standard of service to customers we are able to assist.
We stand by the quality of our work and the reputation we’ve built through genuine customer experiences.

Stephen’s were really efficient and accommodating!
They were able to accommodate our short notice move, on the day they were efficient, friendly and happily waited whilst we were able to go and get the keys. Thank you so much!

Everything worked out like a clockwork
Everything worked out like a clockwork. Staff, especially Tracy were very helpful and the whole experience of moving was seamless. I had previously used this firm 35 years ago and I am glad it is still operating

Good customer service throughout the process good advice given great group of people well informed.
On the move date all went with out a problem.
Care was taken with our furniture will use them again and recommend them.

First class experience with Stephens on…
First class experience with Stephens on our recent house move, involving a full top to bottom packing service beforehand. From initial contact with the office through to the on site survey, packing and moving day itself the entire team who helped us were professional, experienced, friendly and extremely helpful. The service provided was absolutely first class and made what is inherently a stressful process so much easier. Packing, loading and unloading was done with care and professionalism, and furniture was dismantled and reassembled brilliantly. On moving day itself they pulled in every resource needed to complete the job to quality and time. Would thoroughly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Exceptional customer service from Stephens Removals
I received exceptional customer service from the very first phone call to the last item moved. The office staff were very helpful and pleasant. They dealt with any concerns I had in a kind, thoughtful and reassuring manner. They made several telephone calls before and after the move to keep me informed and check everything was ok.
The crew were efficient, careful and quick and offered extra help along the way.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from Stephens Removals.

Very happy with Stephen’s Removals from speaking to the office staff, to Martin the Estimator through, through to the 4 fellas who loaded my furniture and stuff into the lorry on day one all within 2 hours and a bit of a carry including dismantling furniture, to the 2 fellas who drove 3+ hours and again delivered within 2 hours including putting stuff back together again with no breakages, great packing team by Sally and Rebecca! Would highly recommend this company to anyone who is moving in the near future
