I really appreciated the team at Mario. First on the phone and with the video call to evaluate the amount of stuff to move and then with the team of 3 who came on time on the day. They were professional, careful and so quick, perhaps too quick. It felt a bit rushed and that made things a bit stressful for us. I really would recommend Mario if you have to move.

These guys were amazing! They came in, packed everything up and got it all into the van, no drama. It was such a relief to know that such an experienced team would dismantle all the furniture and make sure everything was packed securely :)

We had an amazing experience. Mario’s Movers were so quick and efficient. They were helpful at every point and really bent over backwards to assist us. On the day the guys were literally miracle workers and got it all done so quickly. We had had a recommendation to use them and were delighted, we can’t say enough good things!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Mario Removals was extremely disappointing.

During our move, their team dismantled and reassembled a wooden playground. What we were left with was unsafe and poorly put together — loose screws, missing fittings, and parts not properly secured.

To this day, the structure still does not stand in a stable condition, the way it used to. Until I can afford to have a professional come in to properly fix what was done, my kids are effectively deprived of something they should be able to enjoy safely but Mario removals clearly have no care or consideration.

When I raised the issue, they initially refused to take responsibility. Instead, they suggested the problems were due to how the playing fort had originally been built, uneven ground, or weather-related wear — none of which were accurate. These explanations were given despite evidence showing the structure was previously stable and correctly assembled.

It was only after I pushed back firmly and raised the possibility of legal action that any acknowledgment of poor workmanship was made. Even then, no meaningful resolution was offered. I was still charged the full amount, with no compensation despite what happened.

What was most frustrating was not just the mistake itself, but the lack of accountability and professionalism in handling the complaint. There was no initial apology, and the response felt dismissive rather than supportive.

Moving house is already stressful — customers should be able to trust that their belongings will be handled with care and that any issues will be addressed properly. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

We moved from NE London to SW Wales.
Guys loaded our belongings from a 5 bed house, double garage & storge unit inside of 7 hours.

Met at our new property the next day and unloaded inside of 7 hours even with a delay for access.

Big team of guys which helped, many hands make light work etc ....

Fabulous efficient service. Lovely guys who just ‘got on with it’. We paid 1/2 the price of the people who moved us in 2018 and the service was far superior. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Mario Movers are amazing. Christian was absolutely on par with arranging my move from a 3 bed to a 4 bed. He is accommodating, very helpful, gave me guidance and took the stress out out my move. Believe me moving home is no easy task.

His team arrived promptly on the day and very efficiently packed and moved all my goods within a few hours. They packed carefully and made sure to bubble wrap and individually wrap all fragile items and delivered all items to my final destination.

If you’re looking for efficiency and a great service I would highly recommend them.
