This place is a perfect location for everything you want to do in Brixton. You are so close to the village, the tube, and even a department store. I had such a great time staying here. The apartment is cozy, the bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed in the kitchen and the bathroom.

Staymo is extremely responsive and they have great instructions on how to get into the home, taking out the trash, and every thing you could possibly need. It was priced well and this was my best trip to London yet!

Stayed at a Staymo property in London and had a wonderful experience. Quick responses, good central location, affordable, and comfortable. Would use again.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’appartement était très propre, confortable, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Il est très bien situé, avec plusieurs stations de métro à proximité, ce qui est idéal pour se déplacer facilement et profiter pleinement du séjour.

La communication a été fluide du début à la fin, avec des instructions claires et une grande disponibilité. La gestion par Staymo a été très professionnelle, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable et rassurant.

Je recommande vivement ce logement et je n’hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour. Merci encore pour l’accueil !

Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s place. It was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and local to the city. Sarah was also very friendly, responsive and helpful. Thank you Sarah! And also thank you staymo, the property management company that looks after this house. We will definitely book again on our next visit to the UK!

Clear communication with host (Staymo), making sure that our stay went well. The host Kamila made sure everything was to our wishes.

The location was great and the apartment was fancy, spacious and contained everything. Francesca was very responsive to all inquiries. Check in instructions were very detailed and explained clearly with pictures in the house manual.
The only point that could be improved is to have closets in the apartment and a safe.

Had a great time staying at this property managed by Staymo. The apartment was very clean and quiet and was ideally positioned close to Whitechapel Underground for getting around London. Communication was excellent with the host who responded to any queries very quickly

Our stay here as a large group with a toddler and a baby was excellent! The house had everything we needed, including a very comfortable living area. It is a short walk to an overground line and convenience store and then about a 10 minute walk to Clapham Old Town and the tube. The house is classic for this area - so a lot of stairs for those staying on the top floor. Oxana, from Staymo, was incredibly helpful not only in the lead up to, but also throughout our whole stay. We would stay again.

The Airbnb was really clean and comfortable, everything was just as expected. Anya was super helpful and easy to talk to, always quick to reply. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend.

Staymo offered a great experience for me and my family for a 8-night stay in West Kensington, London. The communication with them was quick and smooth. The house was just perfect, clean and well-equiped with new and modern appliances, comfortable bedrooms and very good showers. The house was at a 10-15 minute walk from 3 different tube stations, which made our life much easier to get around London. The heating works perfectly, which was a plus for the freezing cold days we spent in London. I definately recomend this property and would love to return soon.

Staymo did an excellent job managing my properties in London. They are always prompt on their correspondences and manages my tenants very well.

Awful from beginning to end. I've been with Staymo (previously Smarthost) since May 2024 - multiple issues include:
- Cleaners not turning up with keys;
- Dirty laundry being dumped in the apartment when I return;
- Attempts to charge extra for cleaning without explanation;
- Charging the client for Staymo forgetting to request multiple keys during onboarding;
- Poor customer liaison

Staymo took very good care of my partner and I. They were responsive, helpful, and very understanding. The property was beautiful and we will definitely be back!
