Very professional and high quality service

Statrys needs improvement
It’s a very easy to use platform, however, the inability to transfer funds over a weekend is a major restriction for my business model.
In addition, as I travel extensively the limit on the credit card is an issue for me.

Rejected application without any explanation.
My application was rejected without any explanation.
"Our team has reviewed your application with reference number P9201880491020608 and was not approved by our compliance department."
Being a resident in Hong Kong for more than 10 years and not having any problems with traditional banks. I guess it could be because of my nationality, but for me, it is called discrimination.
They would say compliance reasons, and so on.
Objectively, I can't give more than 1 star.
