Statrys is an excellent alternative to traditional banking. I've been using it for a few months now, and it's been fantastic for several reasons. Here's a comprehensive review to help others decide whether to choose Statrys:
1. User-friendly app interface.
2. Prompt response from the support team.
3. SWIFT transfers are exceptionally fast, with transactions sometimes reaching USD within an hour, especially in China. The real-time status of payments is visible, along with credited times.
4. Ability to request SWIFT or MT103 copies through customer support.
5. Excellent card services for both virtual and physical cards.
6. Fast and efficient FPS transfers.
7. Free CHATS transfers within the same bank, while other institutions often charge fees.
8. No collection fees, unlike many other renowned companies.
9. Direct payment advice from DBS bank after payment approval.
Suggestions for Improvement:
1. Enable self-service download for SWIFT/MT103 copies.
2. Integrate card compatibility with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
3. Explore cost-effective methods, like ACH, for sending RMB to China, given the significant business needs.
4. Add IBAN numbers for enhanced international transactions.

Good service, don't have any issues so far
I recently opened a bank account with them, and so far everything is going smoothly, I don't have any problems or complaints yet. The only thing about the mobile app and the web interface is that there is room for some improvements, for example: receive push messages instead of email, view the details of a specific payment, sometimes I can't confirm logging into the web interface the first time. But these are not very critical moments and, as I said, overall, a very positive impression.

Customer support was very helpful and responsive throughout the whole company creation process. This is true even as a current customer having availed their business account.

Best in HK after a month looking for a decent bank for startups.
I managed to do a KYB with a real person and get an account that seems to work pretty well. This might seem not a big deal, but when you have a startup in HK and you actually need to use a bank account, it is a real pain for enterprenours. Large banks don't deal with startups with no physical office in HK like mine. Wise/Revolut are not available there, which reduced the competition by quite a lot. Currenxie has low fees but it has a user interface that is a joke and you have to wait for their operators to approve each new beneficiary before being allowed to send money. Airwallex has a terrible customer service and lots of hidden fees. They even blocked payments among accounts owned by my company without giving me any explanation (but they charged a fee on the failed transfer anyways).
Stratrys customer service works via whatsapp and did not force me to deal with a bot that does not answer the questions like Currenxie does. They have a monthly fee but they don't charge high hidden fees like Airwallex does, and their App is well designed. Their only drawbacks so far is the lack of local IBANs for European Payments or Apple/Google Pay.

Very responsive to solve an international bank transfer problem
The communication through WhatApp was efficient and the customer representative was very responsive. This is important when there is an international transfer problem due to time zone difference. The problem has been identified thanks to the analysis of the requested MT103 Swift message.
