Worst delivery service I’ve ever dealt with. Incredibly slow, no updates, and constant false promises to call back — which never happens. Same package, same address, same sender, same receiver — the second shipment was delayed with endless, ridiculous excuses. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Just choose different service you will save you money, time and nerve. Thank me later

Thanks for my damage product even though the box was clearly marked handle with care. The box was damaged and my product was broken. Your service is shit.

Startrack workers absolutely suck.
Claiming they “cant deliver” because of a hazard?
Just pure laziness and zero care factor.

There delivery messages and updates dont mean a thing i was getting medication delivered they would send you a message at 8.16 that your package is being delivered at 755 to 955 meanwhile they attempt to deliver at 8.06 i checked the website at 734 says delivery in 2 more days then 745 they load it up and trie to deliver at 806 now I got to walk to the closest post office pissing down rain...after calling support and trying to understand him over the 50 other people in his background i was told its my fault for not being home

Inaccurate service - failure to deliver on time, tracking service is useless ( when your parcel has not turned up on time it's still shows DAYS later it's on time!) medication being delivered delayed causing great distress and physical suffering. Customer service will tell you the tracking is only a guide, yet when put on hold for 10minutes it's says it's an up to date system with minute by minute updates. FALSE ADVERTISING and FALSE PROMISES to customers.
Will be asking medical service to use different provider.
Enough is enough - This is my true and personal experience with this company on multiple occasions

They are the worst ever! How can we stop the sender from using this?!
They provide an incorrect tracking number and do not deliver the items.

The phone booking service is still the most frustrating part of my day. 5 minutes to use the automated service for it to fail every time on the last question - What is your parcel size - then a 4 -6 minute wait to get speak to an operator. trying to save money on staff and wasting everyone else's time. Total fail!!!. Mot recommended at all.
Update: Total time wasted 13 minutes and 56 seconds

Waited over 7hours to sign for my parcel that never came. Called 3 times

Failed to deliver or take parcel to nearest post office with zero communication

No notice of when parcel is going to be delivered. Loop of missed delivery notices. No opportunity to arrange as no signature delivery. Cannot speak to a person to discuss. Collection Hub is far away and inconvenient location. 1 star is too much

Absolutely useless. My order was expected 27 May. No updates on the webpage since this - item still not received a week later. Enquiry lodged and that staff member is just as useless.

Update: Today on the third attempt the parcel was left inside my gate. Big thanks to that courier.

This company has completely unreliable couriers. Supposed delivery on Saturday 11.15am, no card left.
Today SUPPOSED 5.02pm delivery, claiming the premises were locked. Absolute rubbish! The gate was open, all you had to do is unlatch it, and my vehicle sitting in the driveway while I was on the computer, metres away from the gate. I will avoid swearing, but really want to. I think I now get to drive miles to pick up my delivery. Pathetic.

My delivery of medication is late. I contact them for them to only say it's on its way. They will contact the driver. I have had no feedback back on my enquiry.

Missed parcel delivery so it went back to Wingfield,sat at Wingfield for two weeks and they finally tried re delivery,missed delivery so they left a card for collection at local post office,local post office doesn't have it it, it's gone back to Wingfield for a second time. 16 days later no parcel still.

Absolute pathetic company, incompetent staff. I've never had a positive experience with these imbeciles.

They once again have failed to meet THEIR deadline! Send notifications, re: delivery date/ time and don't show up. I don't know why companies like Telstra use this pathetic excuse for a courier service. I have had the misfortune of having to await parcels that either don't come the day they specify, or they leave them (an expensive computer on one particular occasion) in conspicuous places where they could easily be stolen. Waiting for a Telstra Modem in this instance, needed for my work..... They just DON'T DELIVER!

I was home all day, waiting for my delivery, only to receive a card claiming attempted delivery!" do this sound familiar to you? yes, this is happening COUNTRY WISE, so this is NOT a personel issue, it's a company "policy" or way of conduct issue. I got this fraud in Brisbane, did a bit of search and it happens in Sydney, Melbourne and other places as well. If any law-firm looking for a class action lawsuite, please count me in stevelu.1811 [gmail]
