Do not buy from Starscope. It is a totally unreliable, unethical company.

I agree with everyone else. Really snazzy advert which makes the product seem extremely believable. When it arrives you realize you have been had. Cheap nasty rubbish. Asked for refund, they offer you a discount which I refused, then you get an address in Belgium to send back at great expense and never hear from them again! Marvelous.

Totally misleading advertising (for example it shows a really massive zoom capability and talks of 'superzoom' - it doesn't zoom. Adverts show a 45 angle of view and then write 5 deg next to it).

I should have heeded the warning signs with the massive hard sell. But I was a fool.

When the product arrived it was really poor. The performance is worse than my cheapest binoculars and the field of view is TINY.

I tried to return it but they have a policy of obfuscation. They pretended not to know my order number (they did), then they pretend not to know my location (they did), then they said they have to transfer the request from the Returns Team to the management.

Meanwhile they keep apologising and sending copies of the T&Cs (to intimidate me perhaps?).

Now they are not talking to me.

I will learn from this - absolute con. Make extreme claims in an advert - too good to be true really. Charge an affordable but reassuringly expensive a price and send a cheap monocular thats worth very little to fulfill the order - and then don't accept any returns. I know when I return it I won't receive a refund , everyone says the same. This is theft!

Very cheaply made, the advertising video on YouTube is a scam, you can't see no way near what the add is showing you don't buy

Ware entsprach nicht dem Verwendungszweck. 2 mal wurde die Rücküberweisung angeblich vorgenommen, nie angekommen, letzte Nachricht: " Finanzdienstleister verweigert Rückzahlung, deshalb erfolgt Gutschrift für künftigen Kauf". Also VORSÄTZLICHE Missachtung der gutbürgerlichen Norm, also BETRUG!

I accidentally ordered 3. How? God only knows, I definitely thought I’d ordered 1. On trying to complete their online forms to alter the order (immediately). - I ended up going round in circles. The form kept saying that an error had occurred when submitting. That “*this field needs to be completed “ . ALL fields WERE completed. I tried multiple times. The phone number is not recognised. I emailed them directly, but got no response. 10.7.23

Crooks ?!?!?!
Why in hell did I order this device ? Even better, 3 of them !
I returned them in the next days but 3 months later I am still waiting to be refunded…
Any advice ?

Habe 2 Geräte gekauft. Nichts bei diesen Geräten entspricht der Werbung. Firma antwortet nicht auf die 5 Emails die ich geschrieben habe um mein Geld wieder zubekommen. Für mich ist das reiner Betrug und Abzocke. VORSICHT BETRÜGER. Werft Euer Geld lieber in einen Fluss, da findet ihr es vielleicht mal wieder

I received it a couple weeks ago. Piece of junk. I filled out a return form online but they never responded. Oh well, I should have known better. At least it was only a $70 mistake. You get what you pay for.

Kreditkartendaten abgezogen und missbraucht.

Die in dem Angebot genannten Sachen werden nur zur hälfte geliefert ! Es fehlen das Stativ , die Schutztasche und das Microfasertuch !

Ich bin über die Werbung wärend des Stöbern im Internet aufmerksam geworden und habe das Monocular G3 bestellt. Lt. Werbung sollte ein Stativ und eine Handy-Befestigung der Bestellung beiliegen.
Die Ware kam wie angekündigt jedoch ohne Stativ und Handy-Befestigung. Eine Nachlieferung erfolgte ebenfalls nicht. Schade!
Innerhalb der Rückgabefrist wollte ich das Monocular zurückgeben. Auch das klapp nicht.
Lt. Starscope soll man sich per Mail melden.
Das habe ich mit Angaben aller Daten getan.
Bis heute keine Rückmeldung.
Nun ist das Rückgabefenster geschlossen und ich sitzt nun da mit dem Monocolar was in meinen Augen nicht das verspricht was es laut Beschreibung können sollte.
Nicht empfehlenswert.

This company is selling a product by misrepresenting the quality and function of the product. I am not stupid but I clicked on their ad. First mistake. I began to read their description of the star scope and instead doing some outside research I went deeper into the website. It's a trap. Before you know what you have done you have agreed to buy it. I used pay pal but I never completed the full purchase process that I am accustomed to when buying something on line. The website is confusing and constantly offering another discount to keep you there. My fault completely. But it is a dishonest process. It's intentional. The product is a cheap toy and nothing close to what the seller says it is. I immediately tried to cancel the purchase using the process offered by the website. Useless. They do not respond as stated. I filed a complaint with PayPal but I could not stop the purchase process. I received the product. As expected it was something you might buy for your six year old at the dollar store. I sent it back at my expense today. I'll bet getting a refund will be another game played by this company.

Today, 2/13/23, I received confirmation via PayPal that the seller has agreed to refund my purchase price. Thanks to PayPal once I opened a claim with them the seller, who had ignored my direct attempts at resolution, began to respond through PayPal. PayPal has handled the complaint on my behalf. I am surprised and pleased at this resolution. Ultimately it cost me $28 to return the Starscope products. My advice....use PayPal or another payment service and before you buy....and remember "Buyer Beware".

Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ist ein besch.. Laden bei dem ich unter Garantie Nichts mehr kaufen werde.
Lasst bloß die Finger von dem Laden. Hätte mich besser vor meiner Bestellung etwas in die Rezessionen eingelesen.
Aus Übersee kommt einfach nur Schrott!!!

Das kann man auch günstiger haben über eBay usw.
zum einen ist bis heute nur die hälfte gekommen, dann bezahlt ihr unter Umständen noch die Auslandsüberweisung, Support gibt es gleich gar nicht

Ich habe definitiv beim Bundeskartellamt nachgefragt und Anzeige erstattet, ich kaufe ab sofort nix mehr aus Übersee und schon gar nicht bei dem Unternehmen das nur ein Betrügerischer Dreckshaufen ist.

Sorry für die ehrlichen Worte aber ist nun mal so.

ich habe 2 Starscope Okulare gekauft.Die Werbung & Beschreibung entspricht nicht dem erhaltenen Produkt. Eines fiel von alleine fast auseinander. Ich verlange umgehend eine Rückzahlung des Geldbetrages auf meine Visa Karte.Danach schicke ich die beiden Okulare zurück.!!

Habe dieses teil mit Handyhalterung gekauft , mit Versand 57,94 !!
Es kam aber ohne Handyhalterung !
Auf mehre Anfragen keine Atwort !
Betrügerfirma !!!!
Finger weg !
Das Teil gibt es bei Ebay schon für 13.85 inkl. Versand !!
