Ordered a mask and a figure combined $700. Mask arrived first and was amazing quality. Figure took a while longer due to Canada Post and the Chinese New Year, but communication was amazing and they reassured me along the way. Im a big worrier when I pay a lot of money for something but they were great about it. Will buy again.

Bought using PayPal. They kept pushing the production date month by month until buyer protection was over and then disappeared without answer. Now i lost hundreds of euros and cant reclaim anyone.

The item looks exactly like it did in the pictures, although it was a little too big to fit me perfectly, it's extremely accurate. It took a while to ship here but it was worth it.

I have ordered a few times from them a few times, the first orders went through without a hitch, but the last order has some issues, and it was taken care of in a professional manner, It could've been handled quicker, but as someone who had read through many reviews before ordering, I already had the expectation things to take a bit longer. If you're just looking for items to add your collection and not needing items on or right before expected delivery date then with patience you will be very pleased and satisfied as the quality is very high.

Whilst the product we received was excellent, it wasn't exactly as we had ordered so sadly had to be returned. However, the company responded very quickly to my messages, was polite and helpful, and a refund issued as soon as my return postage was submitted. Thank you!

I ordered superman christophere reeve hot toys 1/6 scale figure. Chest emblem was with big cracks. The pictures I was given were not from the same figure. On pictures the chest emblem was in perfect condition. Before I ordered I was concern about that common issue, but Starcinecollectible said that their products are in perfect condition - which obviously is not the case. I know that this is an old figure, but if I knew that it's with cracks, definitely I wouldn't ordered it. So they fooled me. They don't even answer on my complaints. They don't care.

Achat d'une figurine effectué le 21 juillet, réception le 4 août : tout s’est déroulé parfaitement. Le vendeur s’est montré très professionnel du début à la fin. L’envoi était bien protégé, et la commande est arrivée en excellent état. Le service client est très réactif via WhatsApp, ne pas hésiter à les contacter à la moindre question.

I’ve really wanted to have a good experience, but I still haven’t gotten my stuff. I ordered products with UPS 1 day shipping June 7th (about 3 weeks ago today.) I was contacted and told one thing would have to be custom made and take a few days, no worries, that’s understandable. But then over a week ago, I get a notice that my order shipped, via DHL, which isn’t what I ordered, but whatever, and should take 3-5 business days. The DHL site still doesn’t have any updates. It’s ridiculous.

Item is good quality. He is going to love it and did thank goodness, arrive in time for his birthday. It looks amazing!
