Ordered a mask December of 2025. Gave the correct shipping address. Took 2 months to be delivered to the wrong address even this the label had it correctly. He refused to reimburse the funds or send out the mask again. The product was returned back to him per his own shipping company. Which means he got his product back kept our money and is now trying to charge us for another mask with a $10 discount.

I ordered the Spiderman mask for my grandson for Christmas, the back panel arrived damaged so I contacted Joyydesign who had no hesitation in replacing it. I could not fault either the standard of the mask nor the aftersales service. Positive experience from start to finish, would definitely recommend both the product and the company.

Joy design is legit but there are scammers pretending to be him selling Spider-Man costumes for 20 dollars. Joy design isn’t cheap never was never will be pay attention too the sites and ads do your research

This company is a scam. I spent $100 on a product (a spider with a bomb inside), but I never received it. I had to go through numerous disputes with my bank to finally get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs.

I'm confused with all the negative reviews. I have ordered 3 separate masks from this seller and received all of them. Toby 1 mask, Tasm 2 mask, and my most recent Tasm 1 mask being delivered a few days ago. I think most people expect their order within a few weeks. This is custom work.. On the website it clearly states 30-60 days for a mask and I think 90 for a full suit, People have to be patient. Also the shipping label your order comes with is a CHINESE shipping label. It WILL NOT work with USPS, FedEx, etc. Kindly just shoot Joyydesign a message on instagram, as I did and he got back right away and sent me my US shipping number. I had no issues with this seller and will be getting the new Tom Holland mask here soon.

The Spider-Man mask was lost in transit, and the seller wouldn't compensate me. This website is terrible!

This site is a complete scam. They charged me but didn’t deliver what I ordered. I had to go through PayPal to dispute the transaction and get a refund. Avoid them like the plague!

I received an incorrect item after making the payment. The ordeal of getting a refund through my bank was incredibly frustrating. Their service is appalling. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this website to avoid similar regrets!

i wanted to surprise my son with a spiderman mask and after a bit of looking i found this website, looked sus from the beginning, if you leave the site open a pop up will appear telling you “x item sold 3 min ago”, they sell like 4.000 items per hour? Pathetic, i decided to give it a try anyway and:

- subscribe for a 10% discount (coupon never arrived)
- was about to place an order, super sketchy checkout, decided to go theough paypal and my card was automatically blocked from the bank for “suspicious payment”

Never again. Not trustable.

I’ve been waiting for over three months for my mask, and it still hasn’t been shipped. I emailed them multiple times, but they never responded. This is clearly a scam company—beware and avoid shopping here at all costs!

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase and the overall experience with this company. I ordered a Spider-Man costume in June 2025, expecting to receive it within the promised 6-week timeframe so I could use it for a convention. However, the product only arrived months later, long after the event had passed. When I requested a refund due to the delay, my request was denied.

To make matters worse, the costume I received was of extremely poor quality — nothing close to what I was expecting for the $900 I paid. I found the exact same costume on AliExpress for only $50, which makes me feel completely ripped off. This is unacceptable.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Late delivery, refusal to refund, and low-quality products at an outrageous price — a truly terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

One mask was fine, but the other was awful. Shipping takes forever and the customer service isn't great.

Don’t buy here!!! I received a webshooter. As gift for my son. I ga e it to him a couple of days later and it worked fine but the device did bot charge we noticed. We said please send a replacement. Answer was : no not possible you should have replied within 48 hours of delivery?! What kind of a nonsense is that?!? I bought something that doesnt work them a replacement is the only option.. unbelievable… don’t buy here!!!!
