OPLICHTERS,DIEVEN

Als ik lager dan 1 ster kon geven dan had ik dat gedaan. Ik heb eerder al een review geplaatst over dat mijn bestelling nooit is geleverd en dat ik voor €81 ben bestolen door Stanley. Stanley heeft vervolgens op die review gereageerd dat ze mijn ordergegevens willen ontvangen zodat ze erachteraan zouden gaan en tot een oplossing willen komen. Dit is inmiddels meer dan 6 maanden geleden en ik heb tot op heden geen enkele reactie van Stanley ontvangen. OPLICHTERS,DIEVEN. SCHANDALIG. BESTEL HIER DUS AUB NIKS. JE WORDT BESTOLEN!

⚠️ Extremely Disappointed – Order Never Delivered and No Refund

Review:
I placed an order for a Stanley cooler on June 27. To this day, I have never received the product. After waiting for weeks, I requested a refund, but that has also not been processed.

I trusted Stanley’s reputation for quality, but the customer service has been very disappointing. My attempts to contact support have not resulted in any clear solution, and I still have neither the cooler nor my money back.

I cannot recommend buying directly from Stanley until they improve their order fulfillment and refund process. This has been a very frustrating experience.

Perished Flask lids

The lid to the flask perished in less than 2 years of use. I was told to go on the accessories page for a replacement, which they don't provide flask lids as an option to purchase. We now have 2 Stanley flasks that can't be used as this isn't the first time its happened. We leave a good gap at the top and its kept upright when in use. Lids aren't fit for purpose, and customer service is non existent.

Levenslange garantie

Een aantal dagen terug heb ik de klantenservice van Stanley1913 een bericht gestuurd. Mijn vintage Stanley thermoskan uit de jaren 80 bleef helaas niet meer warm. Ik kreeg binnen 24 uur een reactie van de klantenservice dat ik een nieuwe thermoskan kreeg opgestuurd. Inmiddels in goede orde ontvangen. Ik ben uiterst tevreden over het contact met de klantenservice en dat Stanley daadwerkelijk levenslange garantie aanbied.

Het niet leveren van de bestelde…

Het niet leveren van de bestelde goederen. Het vervolgens niet reageren op je meldingen, enige wat eruit komt is een ticket nummer. Verder niet bereikbaar, voelt als een spook onderneming.
Situatie duurt nu bijna twee maanden, geen enkele respons anders dan een ticket nummer.

Ik heb op 26 augustus 2 quenchers…

Ik heb op 26 augustus 2 quenchers besteld, 1 van loveshackfancy & een ‘normale’. De doos is aangekomen in mijn postpunt 29/08 en er zat helaas maar 1 quencher in, de normale..
Ik heb een request ingestuurd diezelfde dag, heb via messenger contact opgenomen maar blijf maar tegen de muur lopen. Niemand helpt en intussen ben ik 75 euro kwijt en heb ik niet de limited quencher wat ik al zo lang wou…
Tot op vandaag krijg ik geen deftig antwoord of oplossing, enkel dat ik moet wachten maar mijn geduld is op.

Niet oke.

I have been ghosted by Stanley after submitting warranty claim

I have been ghosted by Stanley after submitting a warranty claim on a broken tumbler I only had for a year. I don't know what I have to do to get them to respond to me. I submitted a warranty claim on 8/1/25. Kirshan responded on Aug 7 asking for a pic of the bottom of the tumbler. I provided this pic the same day. Kirshan asked me what color I want for the replacement on Aug 14 and I responded within the hour with the color selection. I followed up on Aug 24 and Aug 28 - no response. I submitted an email via the website on Aug 30 - no response. It is now 9/10/25. I have bought like 5 Stanleys and my daughter wants another one but I won't buy from a company that doesn't uphold the service they claim to have.

Terrible customer service and useless…

Terrible customer service and useless warranty

I purchased a Stanley cup expecting quality and durability, but my experience has been very disappointing. When the product had issues, I tried to claim the warranty. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and kept giving vague responses without offering any real solution.

Instead of supporting their customers, the company seems more interested in avoiding responsibility. A brand with this reputation should stand behind its products, but in my case, the warranty turned out to be useless.

I do not recommend buying directly from them or relying on their warranty.

I’m very disappointed with Stanley’s…

I’m very disappointed with Stanley’s customer service. I placed an order for a back-to-school cup for my daughter, but instead of being delivered, it was returned. I tried reaching out because I really wanted the order, and I’ve purchased from Stanley before without any issues with my address. This time, the package was sent back and no one responded to my first email. I sent another email asking about the process to get a refund, and it has now been over a month with no response. This is unacceptable customer service. I feel frustrated and ignored, and honestly, it feels like I’m being robbed. I expected much better from this company.

Worst Customer Service, Disorganized Company

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I bought a Stanley IceFlow™ Flip Straw Jug 40 OZ from a third party online store. It was defective and leaked all over my new car. It was on the seat for a road trip so I didn't notice until it was too late. The original seller (well.ca) has zero return policy even if it's defective and referred me to Stanley. Person on the phone at Stanley sounded bored and unfriendly. But said they were going to replace it. They didn't have the same item. I said I would take another cup but it had to be BLUE. Literally my only requirement. We agreed on a replacement, I was sent a tracking number and the ticket was closed. The cup never arrived, the tracking number went nowhere. I emailed and they said it never left the warehouse (this was 3 weeks later). They said the would resend it. Exact same thing happened. No cup, tracking leads no where, ticket closed. I emailed again. No response this time. I called again, went over everything again. Cup was back in stock but not that exact blue. Fine, it just has to be blue. Cup does not arrive AGAIN. Emailed and was finally sent a replacement...cup was white. Emailed them and they replied, "We make every attempt to replace your exact item based on our available warranty inventory. If the original is not available, we will replace with a similar item at our discretion." Defective cup, horrible service and they didn't send the ONE thing I asked for after all that. I didn't even care what cup, I just wanted it to be blue (the one I was replacing was blue). I will never buy or order a Stanley again. Horrible company.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE

placed an order with Stanley1913 over a month ago and never received my package. After several attempts to reach out, the only response I got was that they would issue a refund — but it has been more than a month and the refund still hasn’t been processed. This is unacceptable for a brand of this size. Poor communication and terrible customer service have made this a very frustrating experience.
I do not recommend purchasing directly from their online store.

A real disappointment

Complete absence of packaging protecting my very expensive order, the tumbler (which was a gift) arrived without a proper box, just wrapped out in some brown paper and inside a dirty delivery box.
I was expecting so much more considering the price of the product.
After receiving the package I wrote to the customer service.. it's been 10 days now and not even a reply.
Very disappointed, I'd never buy again.

Extremely Disappointed with My Recent Customer Service Experience
am writing to express my deep disappointment with the level of customer service I received regarding a recent order.
For context, I purchased two LoveshackStanley limited edition cups for my daughters. I never received a shipping notification or tracking number, yet I was suddenly emailed that my package had been delivered. This was confusing since no one had rung my bell. When I tried clicking the link in the email, the page went black with an error message. After much effort creating an account and signing in, I finally located the tracking information, only to discover that my package had been delivered to an address nearly 4.5 hours away from my home.
Naturally, I called customer service for assistance. After waiting on hold for nearly an hour, I opted for a callback. Around 5:47 PM EST, I received a call from a representative whose attitude was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of being helpful, she was rude, dismissive, and even raised her voice at me. This was not only upsetting but also completely unacceptable.
She eventually claimed she would reorder the cups under warranty, which already seemed unusual. When I asked about receiving a confirmation email, she told me I would receive one within seven minutes. I explained I would hold until I received it, as I had little confidence she would follow through. She became increasingly aggressive and told me I couldn’t wait on the line because the process “takes too long.” Unsurprisingly, I never received the confirmation, not in seven minutes, not in seven hours, not even the next day.
The following morning, I called again and spoke with another representative who informed me that limited edition items cannot be reordered and must be refunded. While I appreciated her professionalism and apology, it is unfair that she had to apologize for the behavior of a colleague who was rude, dishonest, and clearly uninterested in helping a customer.
What troubles me most is not the inconvenience of the order itself, but the lack of professionalism and accountability. It is unacceptable for a representative to lie simply to get a customer off the phone, or to treat a paying customer in such a disrespectful manner. This experience has made me question the company’s training standards and oversight, as well as its commitment to valuing customers.
I urge Stanley to improve quality control on customer service calls, invest in stronger training, and ensure that representatives understand that they are employed because of the customers who choose to support the brand. Experiences like mine make it difficult to remain loyal to a company that allows such behavior to go unchecked.

Disgusting Customer Sevices

I placed an order with Stanley and it was dispatched and given to courier who couldn’t deliver because they hadn’t put my house number on the parcel.
I then had to go chasing the courier who only had select opening times. I ended up going back twice.
I contacted Stanley who say your ticket will be dealt with in 5 days … 1 month later and I had to start commenting publicly on Facebook and X until I finally got the most disgraceful response, with a I don’t care attitude.
I’m now trying to find the CEO’s email address.
Baring in mind I have an incurable Cancer and they thought their response was acceptable.
I have 7 of my own products, plus all what my family have.
For a company that has billions, they treat there customers shockingly and just take your money! I will not buy this company’s products again.
Also Mr CEO explain to your staff that it’s not acceptable for customers to be chasing their parcels ….. Especially when they’re seriously ill.

They only want your money!Worst customer service

This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve ever had with a $10B company. We ordered 3 customized Stanley cups on June 30th, and as of August 21st, one of them still hasn’t even been processed. No updates. No tracking. Nothing—except weekly promotional emails trying to sell us more. Clearly, selling is a priority, but delivering on promises and treating customers with respect is not. Absolutely unacceptable. We regret ever ordering and won’t be back.

Placed an order on July 27th

Placed an order on July 27th, 2025 and despite the confirmation email saying that it will be shipped within 7 bussiness days now we are on August 16th and nothing has been shipped. Its impossible to reach someone to check on the status of the order. They have no customer service. This is my first and last time trying to buy anything from Stanley. It was a big mistake. Should have taken my bussiness somewhere else.

Total scam

Total scam, they have no customer service, they took my money but did not send my order, requested refund but got no response. 2 months now and nothing. Shocking that such a big brand is so bad. Will ever purchase again.

I placed an order with Stanley on 21…

I placed an order with Stanley on 21 July. The item was never shipped, and despite multiple emails, I received no reply. I had to contact them through their Instagram page to get any response. Now they are only offering to refund the product cost, refusing to refund the shipping fee, even though nothing was ever sent. It has now been 23 days since I placed the order, and this level of service is unacceptable.
