Ik had een Stanley besteld voor mijn dochter voor kerst. En per abuis had iemand anders hem ook besteld. Ik had ze daarop gemaild maar nooit een reactie gehad. Toen zag ik op de site dat de 30 dagen retour voorbij waren. Maar gewoon geen reactie op de mail vind ik niet netjes. Ben teleurgesteld want ik vind dat geen service! Dus ik bestel hier nooit weer.
Slechte kleurkwaliteit en service
Eind september bestelde ik de IceFlow™ Bottle Flip Straw 2.0 | 0.71L in de kleur violet blossom.
De fles heeft rare verkleuringen, allerlei soorten stippen.
Hiervan een melding gemaakt, en afgescheept met de mededeling dat het niet onder garantie valt.
Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld in de service van Stanley.

I am extremely disappointed with Stanley’s customer service.
I placed an order on November 18, 2025. The payment was fully charged, but I never received the product.
No tracking number was provided, and there is no proof that the item was ever shipped.
More than a month has passed. Instead of resolving the issue, I received a message saying that my case was “resolved,” which is simply not true.
Neither the product nor the refund was provided.
At this point, Stanley is holding my money without delivering the order. I am now forced to escalate the issue through my bank.
I do not recommend this company due to poor customer support and lack of responsibility toward customers.
Spills easily
The color, beverage temperature held, and the fact it fits in my car holder are positives. The lid is difficult to clean depending on the liquid inside and it spills VERY easily. I had 3 containers in my car with the same beverage inside. All 3 tipped over slightly right before I parked. Only one spilled. The Stanley cup.

Worst experience in any purchase ever made in any company much less a quality brand company. I ordered a 40 oz tumbler limited series Caitlin Clark. Purchase Ordered made Sept 4, 2025, through various back and forth email of where my item is their customer service level is all time lowest of any company I ever dealt with! Responses of “on its way” to “ replacement on its way” to “ we are sorry for the delay” etc, even pointing out what their error was in mailing via FedEx to USPS . Finally frustrated given it’s been 4 months without any resolution to receive package( which I patiently waited for due to it limited series ) I asked for a refund back to my credit card. Again the level of customer service is at all time low. Response by email processing refund ( Dec 4, 2025) will be credited back to credit card within 5-10 days .. bang practically a month ( to date 12-23-2025)since then I have yet to be credited my refund despite several emails to their customer service on status of refund. Their brand company thrives on quality production and brand name, but not brand enough for me at this point of dissatisfaction. I’ve reached the point of taking my refund as a loss and definitely an error to get sold on marketing brand in itself . With never receiving the purchased item to not receiving my refund . I will definitely discourage people from purchasing from this company as they are definitely much better brand companies providing top quality production and excellent customer service. It’s sad really for the “Stanley “ brand. I feel sad for “Caitlin Clark” the global generational basketball player to have marketed (her name) the tumbler through this company. But due to the inefficiency of this top brand company, I have given up trying to get the limited series or anything in the future Stanley may market using her name or any products offered by Stanley! It’s my first time buying anything from Stanley, and also my last! All I can say is, don’t always be sold with the marketing ads, refer always to reviews that say it real. In hindsight I read after research and found that more reviews of Stanley and their customer service have similar stories of horrible customer service . Stanley quality NOT! NEVER AGAIN! Be assured I will market to family friends and network to purchase elsewhere! Do better Stanley1913!

Wij kochten twee Quenchers H2.0 FlowState.
Na ontvangst bleek dat deze Quenchers lekten. Dit bij Stanley gemeld en kregen domweg te horen dat dit type niet lekvrij is, maar alleen beschermt tegen morsen. Dit komt m.i. op hetzelfde neer: ze lekken gewoon. Hierop hebben wij de bekers teruggestuurd en zouden binnen 14 dagen ons geld terugkrijgen. Inmiddels zijn wij maanden verder en hebben ons geld nog steeds niet. Stanley zwijgt in alle talen. Er is niet met deze firma te communiceren. Slecht product en slechte service. Nooit meer kopen

Ordered two items but only one arrived. Sent a message to the customer services team and 8 working days later I still have had no response. Clearly have major fulfilment and customer service issues.
Customer service is so bad
Customer service is so bad in all senses, have tried contacting them like five times about an order I made a month ago and haven’t received it when it was supposed to be delivered days ago, tried calling never got an answer , till this day I haven’t heard back from them, I’m extremely dissapointed this is supposed to be a Christmas gift , never buying from them again.

Ordered a custom Stanley as a Christmas gift for my sister.
When I used Apple Pay to pay for it, it changed my address automatically removing my apartment number.
After leaving 3 tickets on their website over the past 2/3 week, emailing multiple times and phoning ALL with no response AT ALL.
This has to be the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
I have been sent a confirmation of delivery along with a photo of it on a pallet in a warehouse and it has been marked as delivered…
Don’t buy anything from these guys you have no way of contacting them apart from writing a ticket that they will not respond to…
I ordered a customized Stanley bottle…
I ordered a customized Stanley bottle as a Christmas gift. Their checkout system automatically used my Apple Pay billing address for shipping without warning and without allowing edits.
I tried to fix it immediately, but customer service was closed. When I finally reached them, I called multiple times asking to cancel or correct the order. No help was offered.
I was told repeatedly that the issue would be escalated. No one ever contacted me.
UPS confirmed the address could have been corrected, but Stanley refused to intervene.
I am now paying out of pocket to reship a gift because of their platform flaw and lack of support.
For a company that charges for customization, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

I ordered 4 cups, one of those personalized and after 1 week of placed my order they canceled one,and after 2 weeks they canceled the personalized one so they kept my money for 2 weeks, and canceled 2 of the cup.
So disappointed.
They play with my money and my time.

Horrible customer service horrible web page! I tried to order three cups and send them to my daughter’s address. They canceled the orders. I called and they said the address was 600 miles away from the ip address it was ordered from. It was as if I was ordering illegal items or that I could only order for myself. Why have a “shipping address different from billing” tab. If I hadn’t promised stanley cups I would have not of reordered. I had to write an email about what the cups were for, what I was ordering, why it was a diff ent address. AND customer service couldn’t take my order over the phone. Never again.

Uitstekende ervaring met producten en klantenservice
Tot mijn verbazing zie ik hier veel negatieve recensies? Het lijkt er blijkbaar op dat het transport- traject bij Stanley wel flink mag verbeteren.
In mijn geval: de producten zijn gewoon heel goed. Ik heb al een paar thermosflessen en had een recent een travel mug als kado gekregen waarvan het deksel niet juist gemonteerd bleek. Ik kreeg dit zelf niet goed en na een mailtje met de vraag om advies hoe dit te herstellen en anders een nieuw deksel, kreeg ik snel een tegoed code om een nieuwe beker op hun site te bestellen. Direct gedaan en 2 dagen later een mooie beker (met DHL) binnen! Ik ben tevreden !

The Stanley warranty is a joke! You submit and they don’t respond. Products are NOT as good as Yeti or many others. They don’t stand behind their merch. I’m never buying another Stanley!
