The Stained Leaded Glass Company Limited Anmeldelser

I love my stained glass window but it was in need of some TLC. After researching came across Andrew’s business and his previous projects and reviews were amazing. This level of workmanship does take some time and the end result reflects his expertise. I can’t stop admiring my window. Thank you 🙏

Andrew and Bethany and the rest of the team provided a wonderful service from start to finish. I wanted a bespoke circular stained glass window as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. Delivered well within timescales and it exceeded my expectations- I was inspired by Hockney’s window in Westminster Abbey so my expectations were high to say the least 🤣. Thank you everyone for an amazing work of art. Recommend them entirely

I wanted to preserve some stained glass from my old door which could not be used in new fire door. Andrew from the Stained Glass Company was the only one who answered my plea for help and explained that my glazing could be encapsulated and repurposed elsewhere. He put me on to Michael a London builder who had worked with Andrew's products. Michael installed Andrew's encapsulated work and I am delighted. Michael highly rates Andrew's work too. Andrew is very nice to deal with.

Andrew and his team showed a high level of knowledge and expertise in the field of dealing with stain glass.
Their communication was always prompt, courteous and friendly.
During the process of restoring our stain glass they were able to give us a greater insight into what we could achieve.therefore making the results so much more beautiful than what we had expected.
Their passion and care for the glass shone through I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I needed a repair to the beautiful stained glass feature in our front door due to workmen damaging it moving furniture. I basically just googled and found the Stained Glass Company and I am so glad I did. Andrew was so professional, friendly, patient, which clearly this kind of work needs. But take it from me - he is definitely the master of his craft. There was extensive damage to several panes but once Andrew had worked his magic it's like it never happened. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service and superb communication and craftsmanship. My second time using this company and both experiences have been top notch. Would recommend!

Andrew, Bethany and the team did a lovely job creating the stained glass for our front door, fanlight and an internal door. The design was great and the installation was very straight forward. Would recommend

Have known Andrew for several years and his work and attention to detail. The encapsulated leaded light windows he has produced for us are second to none. Once again we are thrilled with his work.
Thank you Andrew & family.

Unfortunately someone randomly smashed my front window , I have a traditional pub which is listed and has very old leaded windows , this company repaired my window with very little disruption and no loss of trade for which I was very grateful . I would highly recommended them , very professional .Hare and Hounds Manchester

We had five vintage leaded panels renovated and encapsulated to be fitted into our new bay window in our 1902 Victorian terrace. The service was excellent from start to finish. Andrew and his team were very friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. When we picked the units up the stained glass looked like new despite being over 100 years old. It really sets off the front of the house.

Struggled to find anyone to repair my stained glass window and then found Andrew. What an amazing job he did repairing the door and the glass looks like it’s always been there - even though it’s probably 100 years old. Amazing professional. Thank you.

Can’t recommend this company or the people highly enough. Friendly, professional and courteous, great communication, did a fabulous repair job in situ and tidied up afterwards. I would definitely go to them again. 10 out of 10.

Fantastic work from Andrew and Shaun. Reliable to work with and excellent quality workmanship. A+++++

I couldn't be more pleased with my newly renovated and encapsulated window - it looks exactly how I hoped it would. From taking the window and the old metal/timber frame out, fitting temporary glazing, then refitting the renovated window in its new uPVC frame, the whole team have done a superb job. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Andrew and his team.

We have several stained glass windows, and there were cracks in almost all of them. The work was done on time and with no mess. They have been very professional throughout and did a great job in matching all the colours. Our stained glass windows are now looking perfect, and you would never know that any repairs had been done.

Great Service
I was delighted with the repair of our stained, leaded glass.
Having lived for over thirty years in our house the front internal door was always something which we loved and valued. It had an oval of colourful, original stained glass. After it was damaged to a dangerous level it was essential to find the proper tradesperson who could restore it. I can not speak highly enough of this company. After initial contact which was so seamless: courteous phone calls, email and home visit to assess and discuss the work, assured us of the professionalism and experience of the company. The window was taken away and returned re -leaded, stained glass repaired and replaced. We requested that the oval could be extended to create a rectangular shape. The result was fantastic and not only have we our lovely internal door back in situ but it is as new (exactly as it was before) and we have more hall light too, due to the rectangular shape. Absolutely wonderful work. Thank you. I would highly recommend this company to others.

This is a highly creative Lancashire-based family business using traditional methods to create and restore beautiful stained glass windows. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Excellent service.Just had 3 stained glass windows repared and encapsuled in double glazed units.Prompt reliable service and good price too.

I was absolutely delighted with the repair work done to my front door, the whole process was fantastic from start to finish, I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Brilliant experience with this company. Approached Andrew with some photos of the broken glass in our porch door. Andrew was able to diagnose and quote from the pictures, even spotting a tiny crack that needed repairing. The job was then done promptly within days. Benj, the senior engineer, was efficient, courteous and polite. We’re over the moon to have had the panes repaired. This is very much a ‘can do’ and ‘easy to do business with’ company. I would recommend this company all day long.
