RILU Windows & Doors Ltd Anmeldelser

I can't rate this company highly enough! I had read excellent reviews about them and the reviews are all highly justified. My first encounter with them was when they did an independent report for section 75 claim due to issues with a previous front door supplier. They attended my property very promptly and sent a detailed report equally promptly. Initially Graham who attended could not replicate the ongoing draught I had with the old front door, but he is such a thinking man that about ten minutes after leaving my property he returned as it was playing on his mind. He found the draught which was caused by a manufacturing/ fabrication fault! The fact that he went to such lengths really impressed me so I decided to use this company for my replacement front door.
It was an excellent decision! They introduced me to the Compdoor range, which has a solid core. Despite the lead time being about 4 weeks, my door was fitted just over three weeks from placing the order. It was a pleasure to have both Graham and Luke doing the fitting as they are incredibly efficient, friendly and diligent in their work. Every single interaction with Ricky, Mark, Graham and Luke has been impressive. In days where customer service is really bad it is terrific to find a company who genuinely care about their work and customers!

I can't recommend Ricky and his team at RILU highly enough. Ricky was extremely prompt in replying to my initial query and his follow up to quote, ordering and arranging fitting for my windows and doors was fast, efficient and seamless. The team who arrived, as scheduled and on time, to fit them all were really friendly, worked incredibly hard and left everything clean and tidy, thank you guys! They did an amazing job and I'm really pleased with the results. Definitely a 5 star business!

Brilliant from start to finish, after service fantastic. Misunderstanding with door, it arrived with a letter box which I preferred not to have, there was no quibble and Ricky sorted it out with no problems and no charge. Can't recommend RILU enough!

Very easy company to deal with and good communication from them. They came when they said they would and fitted the windows at the quoted price.
The team were very friendly.

2 thumbs up.

What a team!
Fantastic service and attention to detail was second to none.
Excellent and extremely efficient company to deal with.
I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service of replacing unusually shaped windows at Youth Centre, friendly and efficient from first enquiry, estimating, preliminary visit to measure, care taken to size correctly to ensure fit and final installing. Good communication throughout with a weather delay etc. good vfm.

Every step of the way my experience with Rilu has been first class. From my initial enquiry to fitting a complicated set of windows and doors they have been amazing. They even fixed a problem with a balcony section without charge whist they were fitting the new doors. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I would like to thank Ricky and the guys for a superb installation from Guernsey Channel islands. Well done. Would recommend them without doubt. Tony

I've just had another two jobs completed by RILU and once again, they did a perfect job fitting a new door and window, as well as servicing some existing windows.

Just like the other times I have used them, they arrived on time, did a thorough job, cleaned up after them and were the friendliest and easiest people to have work on my house.

I highly recommended them to anyone who wants an excellent job completed by top, trustworthy people!

I recently had a brand-new door fitted, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! The company was incredibly fast, efficient, and affordable, and they left everything spotless after the installation. The door looks amazing, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.

Cant recommend Ricky a Luke enough. Very polite, friendly, and very professional

Ricky and Luke are very skilled and hard working. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they rebuilt our conservatory from top to bottom exactly to our requirement and in a timely manner. They also installed a new gate for us. They were very polite and cleared up after the work extremely well. Their prices are very competitive and we shall be using them again.

Came on time . On one of the hottest days this year they worked tirelessly. Left everything spotless clean afterwards

Ground floor windows completed, absolutely fantastic, made such a difference. Luke and Ricky were professional, efficient and extremely reliable. Highly recommend!

Prompt service the 2fitters were knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. The door need a change of panels due to supplier problem which were changed as soon as the replacements arrived

We had a front door and bifold doors fitted last year. After a year of weathering, expanding and contracting, the doors required adjusting. Ricky and Luke were fast to respond and visited on multiple occasions at the drop of a hat to sort minor adjustments. Extremely happy with the aftercare service and we love the finished product. RILU are always on hand if needed.
